The ladder is everything that I expected.

I originally bought a 2' stepladder of another brand but it had two steps to up to the top instead of the Werner's one. Being older, I found that it was more difficult for me to descend the other ladder with that extra step, especially if I couldn't look at my feet. The Werner is a better option for those of us with declining balance skills.

Best 2 foot ladder ever extremely sturdy lightweight would definitely buy again

This is by far the best 4' ladder I have owned! Very sturdy, but also light and compact to store. If you work in construction, I definitely recommend having one of these. It has the dual steps to safely hold another person if needed.

Bought this ladder specifically to use as a step stool to my tailgate of my 2021 Silverado 2500HD truck. It works perfect! Werner ladders are the best! and the only ladders I buy and trust!

This is extremely easy ladder to use. Comes in handy when painting interior walls them out. Easy to move easy to climb

A great little ladder especially for those of us who are shorter and vertically challenged. It is very stable and particularly helpful on inside work with ceiling heights of eight feet. It's small size and portability makes it the most popular ladder on the job site so you may have to keep your eye on it.

This is my 2nd Werner twin step ladder. Very sturdy and solid ladders. So much better than the regular Werner aluminum 2 step ladders.

I purchase the ladder to be able to work on both sides of ladder. Allowing to work on a larger area without moving it. It’s will built but a little on the heavy side.
