so the ladder is great! it’s a special order and took 4 tries to get it… 1st never arrived, 2nd and 3rd were damaged….

Yes ladder perfect for house small projects

quality control at the factory must be a little lacking. Someone installed one of the black rigid plastic things on the aluminum rung catcher in the wrong direction so that the ladder could not go up or down. So of course had to return it, after looking at it for a half hour racking my brains how to take it apart and fix it... thought, its not worth messing it up. This, after waiting for 11 weeks for this to come in. Delivery was insanely slow. sigh.

Working in the construction industry doing many different jobs over the years from custom cabinet installation to framing carpentry to finish carpentry to painter to electrical work and commercial facility maintenance and pretty much everything in between. Arrived at store quickly, nicely wrapped in cardboard and cellophane so not a scratch on it . Mechanism works easily. This is a very light ladder, so it is very manageable and even fits into an SUV. However, because it is so lightweight, you have to be sure it’s 200 lb. capacity works for you. Even if you’re an average 175 pounder, you don’t want press your luck carrying shingles.

Ladder worked out perfectly. Needed for climbing to top of feed tanks and put lids on. Delivery was fast and efficient

The ladder is nice and sturdy, but unfortunately when it leans against a wall it leans about 4” to the left. I would have sent it back for another one but it was a hassle to begin with because I ordered it online and had to pick it up.
