I wanted an 8 foot ladder that would let me get to the hatch in the ceiling to the attic area where we have the upstairs HVAC and not be too heavy. The ladder was well wrapped and in great condition.

Still waiting for delivery!! Ordered feb 17th. It was supposed to be on march 4th. I cant even cancel the order because “ its in transit "

A super ladder at a super price. Now my current "go to" for working at height. Took a long time to arrive at the local store after I ordered it, but that was a small price to pay

Yellow plastic step is breakable.

I'm building a home for my daughter and had to replace a very old short ladder. I love my new short Werner ladder. It is very light weight but very sturdy. (Takes very little effort to move it around and I have to do that often building a home.) The foot pads are large and the ladder does not slide on the floor and feels very solid when on it. In short, I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

This ladder is a good size, but not safe. When I tried to use it, it was too small and I felt like was going to fall over. Yes, I’m older and a little overweight, so its not the best for my needs. I returned it and bought a taller and safer ladder.

The item was damaged. Missing several rivets and neatly buckled under me, as I did not realize they were missing until I got to the second step. This was not damaged from shipping as the missing rivets were covert by a protective plastic film. Also the top of the ladder was dirty and had scrapes and gouges in it.

Well-made. Durable. Light-weight. Have already used for painting and tuckpointing projects. This ladder is just what I wanted and needed...and aluminum does not rust if you leave it outside. I recommend this ladder.
