Good quality not great… for the price if it’s not gonna be used a whole awful lot you can not beat the value

Notice before I installed the unit it was not square, the door was off centered to the base. Had difficulty installing and the finished appearance the door is off-centered. Was not able to return due to needing access to the attic right away.

No good. Too big. Not going to “cut my rafters” to make it fit. Returned.

It was not hard to install, I'm 68 years old and installed it myself in my shop with a 7'5" ceiling height. I had a 22.5" x 54'" rough opening, but the joints were poorly done, and I had to "adjust" things to make it all work. Once the job was complete the attic stairs function well and have made my life muck easier.

When they say rated for 250 lbs., that's it. Very light duty IMO.

The Werner attic ladder was easy to install and appears to be very good in quality and operation. Installing took about an hour, using 2 people.

Happy with stairs. Be sure to cut length the right length so it fits tight to the floor.

Relatively easy to install and provides exactly what we needed.
