Works like a charm. I removed the old unit and installed this new dimmer with no problems in about 15 minutes. My husband was so shocked that I did it myself. Thus far it works like a charm albeit it's only been about two weeks.

Performed as expected with off-to-full-on dimming. Knob has notch position indicator - I filled with white paint to enhance setting visibility in my use case.
