[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the delivery person moved my old refrigerator which had the handle on the other side as compared to the new one. No one asked me about the handle position..., and I did not notice the new one was on the wrong side until the delivery guy left. WHY is this not a standard question when receiving a new refrigerator?

I decided on this model as it suited my needs in all aspects. It’s more than I expected. It’s has plenty of shelf space, large freezer storage area, quiet, good looking and works like a charm. I am extremely happy with my purchase and recommend it highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge to replace a fridge that was 13+ years old. It meets all of our needs well. The only issue was that the freezer light did not work when we installed it. However Whirlpool quickly came to fix it. Would recommend.

it is 4 star, had a bit of problem changing the hinges, the bolt treads where off a bit and will see how the next power bill shows energy use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge as a second to go in our garage. Initially the freezer wasn’t keeping up and we were hoping that was just because it was so cold outside. Since then, it’s been doing great. We’ve had it for about a month. Very nice looking.

I am a bit disappointed because I have tried SEVERAL times to order an appropriate ice maker on the Whirlpool website with NO LUCK. Really???? I would think ordering a Whirlpool ice maker for a Whirlpool refrigerator on the Whirlpool site would be simple but always shows NOTHING when I look. Pretty poor in that respect!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The movable shelf tray is a nice feature. Love the enclosed plastic shelf bins on the door as opposed to just a plastic strap to hold items. Freezer is a great size.

Update on January 15th, 2023 review; now the customer service to have a technician check the refrigerator is the worst. It's been almost a month and a half since I started having cooling and noise problems with this equipment and NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP YET TO MY HOUSE. Today was supposed to be the fifth attempt for service and the technician had the address wrong, despite many times confirmed address. Service orders 2115899, 2131740, 2134896, and 2139312 failed to comply.

The refrigerator is generally nice with the exception of the noise coming from the compressor. I measured it at 55dB. It is very loud and at a frequency that is very annoying. I had to return the refrigerator because it was too noisy. I went with a different manufacturer - there's was nearly silent.

Bought this one for the size to fit where our old one was the price was good and the refrigerator meets our needs. It has a Lage top freezer.which is nice except it seems to have taken some room from the bottom. it does not seem like we get as much in as our old refrigerator but still a nice one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of size constraints in my kitchen, there were not a lot of choices for a refrigerator. But I love what I chose. There is so much more room in both the refrigerator and freezer than in my prior side-by-side. Shelving is perfect. There are plenty of door bins, with several choices for position. My only negative is that the refrigerator hums a bit loud at times.

I do have to push the door in a little to make sure I can open the dishwasher. I like the size of the freezer, but I am disappointed that I don't have a filter to provide filtered water for the ice maker I had installed. I would like it to have a better seal around the doors as one night the freezer wasn't entirely closed (full freezer). Good room in the refrigerator as well. I would have liked 2 half shelves to change height. Not crazy about the door compartments as adjusting them is too limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this early in January 2023. It is to replace a failing refrigerator. New one works good and is much quieter than the one we replaced. More efficient also.

It stopped working by Day 3 and lost $250 worth of groceries. We wanted to get rid of our old GE refrigerator which required a lot of techncian work from GE and here we are having the same freaking problems, but now with Whirpool. Paid top dollars for a piece of junk that's already requiring maintenance. Had to put back our old fridge until maintenance shows up. Will update on this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After replacing a 10 month old defective GE fridge, this Whirlpool had a defective freezer light bulb. A local service ordered a bulb and I replaced it. It's a bit odd that both the freezer and fridge lights come on when either door is opened. I suppose it saves wire. I am looking for more drawer options. The refrigerator, though, cools and freezes very nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WRT511SZDW Is a nice smaller, above basic fridge. Great LED lighting with color just slightly on the blue side but not horrible. Door storage is copious with flexible bins. All bin plastic is on the thin side but gentle handling will help longevity. Our door seals fit tightly and temperature is nice and cold.but allow at least 3 days to adjust to your environment before adjusting up or down. Optional ice maker (W11517113) is great and super easy to install. Fridge is pre-plumbed. Smooth, shiny outside finish is attractive. Reasonable expectations with no nit-picking will aid enjoyment.

Completely went out after 18 months the real piece of crap.
