[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Have had it about a month and absolutely no complaints. Easy to load, easy to work, dishes come out great. Very quiet and effective. We had an LG model before this and are so glad we went to Whirlpool this time.

Excellent purchase. Dishes are sparkling clean, controls easy to use. Would have given 5 stars but it does leave a lot of water on dishes even after using high heat. Son installed without any problems. Well worth the money.

I have owned this dishwasher 6 months. I recently had two service people come out to explain to me why the sidewalls of the dishwasher are still wet after a dry cycle. They cannot and say nothing is wrong with the dishwasher. The dishwasher is performing as it should. The dishes will dry, but you will need to have a full jet dry in the dishwasher. The service department states there is nothing wrong with this model. I have to empty my dishes and leave the door open to dry out the dishwasher, squeegee it or hand dry towel it. This is unacceptable! This is an engineering problem with this model. This is a welcoming of mold and not healthy to leave dishes in there for a long period of time and to take dishes out with the wetness inside the dishwasher to breed germs. You can't get past cust serv on this issue. I have called the main headquarters and they send you back to Customer Service to wait at least 22 minutes or longer. May have to start a class action on this product. On Social Media like Facebook no one has this problem with their dishwashers. I have owned several dishwashers in the past which had both plastic and stainless steel inside and never had a problem. I have had surgeries to my sinuses due to mold and this is a problem I would NOT like to be subjected to again. I suggest you stay away from this model dishwasher. The tech also said this dishwasher does not have insulation around the body of it. I have always liked Whirlpool and have several of their products however, this dishwasher and the service I have been given regarding a poorly engineered product has changed my mind. I retired from Bosch and I can tell you their products are a lot better. This product definately does not meet my expectations and I am sure it would meet no ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently renovated my whole kitchen. New countertop, backsplash, floor and a new dishwasher. In doing that everything was white. So I ended up buying a new refrigerator (white) to match. I bought a whirlpool to match my other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dishwasher! Has no bells and whistle‘s and it’s not computerized so it’s very easy to use, only two buttons to push. It’s very well-made and sturdy the racks are sturdy and the large utensil basket is very sturdy. A lot better than the other one we had from another company. Easy to install but make sure you get the kit from wherever you purchase the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher gets the dishes clean with no water spots! There is no need to rinse dishes before putting them in. Cleans even dried on spots. It has three arms that spray. I can hear it run, but it is not noisy. Convenient removable utensil basket. Enough room between shelves to hold just about anything. If you are looking for something reasonably priced but still quality, it's for you. AND American made.

This dishwasher does not dry properly! After cycle is completed and you open dishwashe, it's like you did not even use the heat cycle, everything is wet! Very dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this item several months ago to replace our 20 yr old one. Easy install and VERY quiet running. Only negative is the racks that seem to have less capacity for dishes than our previous unit. It however a very good value.

This dishwasher came with our new build. It looks decent, but as lots of other reviews mention this dishwasher simply does not dry effectively. Ive not had issues with it not cleaning well or working properly other than it’s inability to dry at all.

I read some reviews that acted as if the dishes were not dry but I have not had that experience at all. My dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling and dry. It is such a quiet dishwasher you don't hardly hear it run. It also has room on the top shelf for larger items. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it only a handful of times but, so far it has worked perfectly. I have been hand washing for decades and the dishes I thought were clean got even cleaner using the dishwasher. The install went well enough, my husband had to remove a cabinet and run new plumbing but all in all it wasn't a difficult project. If you have a couple of kids the capacity may not be enough. You wouldn't be able to run all of your dinner dishes, i.e. pots pans and plates, in 1 load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty happy with this dishwasher, it is a great improvement over our previous one. It is much quieter, the racks hold dishes better, and it was fairly easy to install myself. I would have rated it higher but the racks have not been coated as well as I would hope, I'm starting to see some rust spots, so now I will have to fix those and seal them up. I like the dishwasher, I'm just disappointed in the rack coating. I would recommend the dishwasher but with a warning about the rack coating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old 15 year old dishwasher it had been broke down for a while I researched several but knew I wanted a whirlpool I have a whirlpool refrigerator and washer and dryer so I wanted a dishwasher too it isn't fancy doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it seems to do a good job and it's really quite especially compared to my old one and it's simple to operate. If you are looking for a good basic dishwasher to just get the job done then yes I would recommend this one so far it does a good job just hope it lasts me a long time too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trust the Whirlpool brand but it seems like the newer products from Whirlpool use cheaper parts and they don't last as long as they used to. My dishwasher came with the new house installed by the builder. In less than two years the rubber stops that hold the door in place broke off. The door just drops down now. It's not something that affects the dishwashers function. The dishwasher does its job and cleans the dishes. I wish the dishwasher didn't break so quickly.

While the dishwasher is alright, I have encountered a problem with a clogged filter and want to know how to safely disassemble it to clean. The User Guide mentions that it can be cleaned, but that I need to see the "Filtration System" section of the Full Instructions for more detail. No "Full Instructions" was provided upon purchase, and there is no such manual available for download either. All I can see is the Installation Guide, but that doesn't contain a single instance of the word "filter", let alone how to properly remove it. Why would the instructions tell me to read something that doesn't exist? Very frustrating. While I do not know the cost of the dishwasher, as I did not buy it (it was included in the apartment I'm renting), I imagine that it was quite cheap, as the contractor who built my building clearly skimped out on many other aspects of the building. Therefore, I would guess that it's good value (functions decently well considering it's (assumedly) low cost).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dishwasher had an extremely heavy door and when the spring broke it was impossible for me to open and close. The dishwasher still worked so well (it was a Whirlpool) but I was afraid it would hit my leg. This one has a light weight door, runs quietly and has a great open and close. If I can learn how to place glasses and cups for better drying, it will be perfect for my two people household. One hour or three hour washes are both great at getting dishes clean. I am having trouble cleaning the stainless steel on the door. Streaking is a problem. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
