[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for several months and am SO disappointed. It doesn't clean peanut butter off a knife. It must be loaded with perfectly straight dishes only. Does not dry the dishes at all and a "FULL" rinse dispenser is used during 1 wash cycle. Have to hand wash most items other than plates and glasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this dishwasher for 6 months now and does a great job cleaning even the toughest stains! I do wish the dishwasher was better at heat drying the dishes because they tend to hold water after the cleaning cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for about a month or two, and I am very disappointed. It consistently leaves the dishes dirty. It appears that it's primary goal is to not use water rather than to wash dishes.

I love our new dishwasher. We normally collect the day's dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it at night.The metal casing inside prevents it from stinking up. The control panel isn't very complicated.

The only problem we have is that the dishes are not dry when cycle is completed. We set the dry cycle but dishes are still wet and water collects on some items such as tops of cups.

We would have to raise our voices if we wanted to speak to someone. It would be nice to have a child lock on it. My grandkids love pushing buttons. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old dishwasher ( brand X) and I’m pleased to say this one has been great. I’m still learning about which cycle to use and found out the 1 hr does what I need it to do just as well as the longer cycles. With that said, my only disappointment is not having a place to put larger knives. My older model had a place on top to put them. If you are in the market, I can recommend this one.

I find my new machine doesn't hold as much as my old one, so I need to run it more frequently; the cycle is equally long or longer (I thought increased efficiency would mean much shorter running time); and I miss the days when a customer got a useful owner's manual included in the purchase. Mine spent 99% of its pages on how to install it (fat chance I'd try that on my own) and hardly anything about how to run it. In fact, I had to call the saleslady to find out how to start it, because the button that said to hold for 3 seconds didn't mean to hold for 3 seconds unless I wanted to cancel, not to start it... Would have been nice to know.

There are several things that I love about it: 1) Large silverware holder, with slots to keep silverware organized 2) Time remaining is shown on the front of the dishwasher so I know how long it has left 3) Short wash option 4) Ease in choosing wash cycles 5) Easy filter removal if food gets stuck

I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. IT DOES NOT DRY DISHES on any cycle. I wish I had my “old” Kenmore back. I would repair the broken rack and keep it. It did dry the dishes.

Very disappointed that it does a poor job in drying. I have to dry the bottoms of glasses every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get my new dishwasher installed! The multiple options for washing and drying suit all of my daily washing needs. The black face is exactly what I was looking for with all of the washing and drying features. It runs much quieter than my last, which was also a Whirlpool.
