(see photo) I am hoping it can be adjusted by business from whom we purchased unit. Purchased a Whirlpool based on reliability reviews of others. Hoping for the best. Ask me for a review in five years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve purchased this refrigerator as part of my complete kitchen remodel. I love the overall look of it and can’t believe how much room there is. The bottom deli drawer holds a lot but seems a little flimsy. You have to make sure it’s level as both doors need to be wide open to open the deli drawer. Something to consider if you have little ones. I have grown children but could see this being a problem with you get children. Wasn’t sure how I would feel a out the bottom freezer but it’s actually easier to organize and holds quite a bit. The fingerprint resistant stainless is not as resistant as I thought it would be. Still training everyone not to touch the doors and only touch the handles. Overall very attractive in the new kitchen with a lot of room.

The first major failure was the refrigerator - freezer section. Since beyond repair, we looked for recommendations and overwhelmingly WHIRLPOOL was highly recommended. The model we actually purchased has a wonderful drawer in the middle which is amazingly practical. The finish is a beautiful stainless steel. It is quiet, and has lots of room for our COOL STUFF. We love the easy access to ice and filtered water without even opening the doors! This refrigerator is absolutely perfect for our home needs, and we will definitely replace our other appliances with WHIRLPOOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge! It is so perfect for our family and I hope it lasts longer than our last fridge from a less reputable brand... Our only problem with it is that the left side door sometimes sticks open just enough that we don’t notice it. Since this fridge does not have an alarm, we have accidentally left it open several times already, despite being careful. We’ll just have to be more careful!

All appliances were delivered and stored in garage until ready for installation. Upon unpacking refrigerator, found huge dent in back and smaller dents on lower right side. Dents had to be there prior to packaging since no damage to packaging and was securely packed. Very disappointed and would have returned, however installers were paid and ready that day

This refrigerator has great capacity I love the water dispenser being inside the refrigerator the ice maker produces it could capacity of ice per day , two things I wish it had it would a door open alert also a water filter replacement indicator. I don't know if this is a manufacturer flaw or it's not included during delivery but the doors are one quarter inch off left to right I installed two rubber garden hose washers to raise left door up to make it more even Whirlpool should look into this I've noticed other people post it on this same issue about their refrigerator doors being uneven. I will post pictures of my fix. The refrigerator is not true stainless steel as you can see I have magnets in the front true stainless steel will not allow magnets to attach. other than that I love the refrigerator hopefully this will last longer than my Samsung piece of junk that I had for seven years I had to replace four ice makers five cooling units I really think there's an issue with having ice makers and what are dispensers exposed to the outside. Also as people noted the compressor on this is very loud so hopefully your bedroom is not near it. It sounds like a freight train in the distance.

Originally bought because wanted freezer on bottom and that has been a great decision. Love the drawer in refrigerator for holding cheese and cold cuts. Great purchase. Next purchase will be black range to match.

Having this well designed fridge makes it easy to see and keep track of what’s in my fridge. We go to the store less and the fridge needs to keep all our food fresh. Love the shelves and drawers are a perfect size for visibility and access.

Received Refrigerator in June. The piece holding the drawers has cracked so the drawers are crooked. And there is a hairline crack in the crisper drawer. The materials must be very cheaply made. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I made very good choice of buying Whirlpool FrenchDoor Refrigerator. I like the interior’s space and exterior . Only thing is that for some reason I think I am missing a divider in the section where I keep my cold cuts and cheeses. So I was little disappointed. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered this for our rental property in Florida to replace a smaller, white fridge that had started rusting. Very pleased with the storage capacity of this new one and the layout of the drawers and storage compartments. This is the first time I've had a fridge with an inside water dispenser and I really like it! No more messes on the floor between ice and water from the front - I think I'll seriously consider not having an ice or water dispenser on the outside of my fridge at home when the time comes to replace it. The ice machine worked well keeping up with our ice demands for drinks and coolers for the beach. I'm impressed with the smudge less surface of the stainless - you really can't see the finger prints!

Purchased July 2019, 1 year 4 months later compressor and fan went out. Purchased extended warranty. They could not fix in time so I received a gift card for the purchase price. Since I purchased a bundle of appliances I would have pay 700 more to replace it with the same model fridge. Very disappointed in the quality of this fridge!

Came with stainless steel handles not like the picture at all. We complained about the handles and were supposed to get replacement handles in the correct color (black) and the replacement handles arrived in stainless steel. We were really bummed as we purchased it because of the all black design to match our other appliances. Overall we ordered our fridge August 6th and are still waiting on handles it has now been (3 months) and we still don’t have the correct fridge/handles.

Day one, we are setting up the unit. Beautiful interior. Ample shelves and drawers. The instructions, which are not for any particular model, are vague. The temperature setting were both set on number 4. This equals 32 to 38 for the refrigerator and 8 degrees in the freezer overnight with it still empty. We configured the shelves and drawers and tried to remove the divider in the upper shelf/drawer in the freezer. There are no instructions concerning the necessary steps to do this. I am sure I can remove it with my saws all but was hoping Whirlpool would have a better suggestion. I found that they have no support on the weekends.

I purchased this refrigerator in September 2019. These are my observations after one year of use. Pros: - Good internal lighting. Easy to see refrigerator contents. - Easy to change water filter - Attractive design - Relatively quiet compared to older refrigerators I have owned Cons: - Poor quality construction and engineering as follows: - Water dispenser drips after use - Water that drips collects in the bottom of the refrigerator compartment and on the top of the freezer door gasket. This results in mildew growing on the gasket and condensation on the bottom of the glass shelf above the fruit and vegetable crisper drawer. A breeding ground for bacteria. - When closing the fruit and vegetable storage drawers they catch on the sliders that adjust the humidity in the compartments. This could have been avoided with a simple upward curving adjustment slider instead of a straight one. - When the refrigerator is set to the recommended temperature (38 degrees) fruits and vegetables with high water content (lettuce, cucumbers etc.) stored in the bottom storage drawer (immediately above the freezer compartment) will freeze, making them inedible. - It takes a relatively significant amount of force to close the left-hand door of the refrigerator. I frequently have to re-close the door after the door alarm goes off. - The door alarm is fairly faint. If you are listening to a television in a home with an open floor plan it is not easily heard over other noises. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it does has great futures but unfortunately there is a few flaws. Fruit and vegetable drawers stay a little open even when pushing back all the way comes forward again. Even without nothing inside them. Water dispenser inside the fridge leaks water. That’s without using it at the moment. I have found water leaks any time that I open the fridge. Beautiful fridge but I have some concerns.

The last to arrive was the 36-inch French door refrigerator . The finishing touch we love it. It was worth the wait and money! Awesome products.
