So much space inside with the adjustable shelving to arrange it just how you want and how it works for you and your family. Everyone that has came over has commented on it. One of my very favorite features is that is AMERICAN made!!!!

Got home and contacted our local appliance store to see which brands they carry. Picked the Whirlpool so happy with it! It’s much quieter and the layout is better. Ice and water dispensers actually stop pouring when you move your glass, miracle! Love, love, love it!

I bought this fridge December of 2018, so 17 months ago. Since then, the ice maker has only jammed 2-3 times (meaning, you just had to break up the ice that was stuck), so that’s pretty impressive if you ask me! I change the water filter regularly, no problems. Everything looks like new on the inside and out. (I admit, I’m a gentle user, but a regular user too.) The drawers/shelves have always provided enough space, plus it’s great to have the freezer at the bottom considering I use it 10% of the time. Having the water/ice dispenser was definitely worth the extra money & probably paid for itself just by not having to open the fridge door every time. Final rating: A+, you got this one right Whirlpool!

Good looking fridge but the freezer keeps icing up and will not defrost. Had warranty service out twice with still no fix. When i called Whirlpool about getting a replacement they said to just keep getting it repaired under warranty expecting me to miss more work days. I will definitely be thinking twice before buying another whirlpool product...

Over the last ten years, we've gone through several refrigerators. When the icemaker on #2 conked out, we purchased a Frigidaire French Door refrigerator - an early model of this Whirlpool. We loved the refrigerator, except for the icemaker. It either spit ice cubes out on the floor or couldn't keep up with our moderate level of ice use. Frustrated, we finally gave it to family and purchased a new Maytag side-by-side. The icemaker worked great, but we missed the roomy interior of the French door. Well, we moved in March and needed new appliances. After reading reviews, we decided on this Whirlpool. It was nearly identical to the previous Frigidaire, right down to the ice and water buttons. There were few complaints about the icemaker so we decided to try again. We love it! We've only run out of ice once, due to heavy use. We love the tray below the bottom of the dispenser - easy cleanup. It shuts off when you open the door - less electricity use. There's plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer. It's smudge and fingerprint free (a huge problem with the Maytag). I love this fridge and plan on using it for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and installed last week. Our last refrigerator didn't have an icemaker or water. Already so happy with this upgrade. I love the lighting on the inside and all of the storage on the inside. One downside is the "fingerprint resistant stainless steel" isn't really fingerprint resistant like I had imagined. I wouldn't buy a product for that reason only or you will be disappointed.

I love the freezer drawer at the bottom. The ice and water dispenser are handy. The appearance is classic. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the refrigerator for four months and the freezer began frosting up to the point where I was unable to turn the light on and things were thawing. I called for warranty service and the serviceman replaced the gaskets around the freezer and refrigerator doors. This was not the solution and the freezer is totally frosted up now. I'm on my third service call now and very frustrated that the issue is not resolved. I'm seriously wondering if the refrig is a lemon and needs to be replaced. Your assistance is appreciated.

I have had this refrigerator for one month a 4 days and the ice maker has quit working. The reason I purchased this refrigerator instead of a Samsung is because Samsung shows to have many complaints on their ice makers. Now I have the same problem........

The fridge and freezer are well designed. The water and ice maker are superb for the price, great value all around. Good build quality. Whirlpool has always been my favorite. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have bought my Whirlpool I have had to had repairs and I will probably need one again. The design on how the left door closes is flawed it it is especially not good to have when you have children. If I could I would return this refrigerator and get a different model. Have be delicate when closing or the bracket comes off.

We have owned several Whirlpool refrigerators during our 53 years of marriage and was excited to get this fridge because it suited our needs perfectly. However almost as soon as this fridge was installed on 2/20/20 we knew we had a problem with the water dispenser! It leaks so much that we have to keep a glass under the dispenser at all times. After about a week we called for warranty service and they sent someone out and he said he knew exactly what was wrong but had to order a part. After a few days they called and said part was in and scheduled appointment to install. He came out and installed new valve on 3/10/20. Now the water dispenser leaks more than ever but with the covid problem we haven’t wanted a repairman back in our home. My husband and I are both high risk. We are extremely disappointed with this purchase. We just purchased a new washer and dryer which hasn’t been delivered but we went with a different brand entirely because of this experience.

The filter door flops down every time I take something out of frig, can’t get ice maker out. Latch does not work. Dealer just says it pulls hard, I should not have to break the icemaker to pull it out:

I can’t help myself though, I have to do research before I but almost anything. I’m very happy that my research lead me to Whirlpool. Best in a Quality, technology, appearance and price! I think this refrigerator looks great. I really like the fingerprint resistant finish. I am a little disappointed in how much ice is available, which seems to be a tradeoff for having ice in the door. But overall I am pleased.

We bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago when we moved into a new house. It has a lot of storage and were happy with it albeit it is loud when running. My biggest complaint is three of the door shelves have broken/cracked. They are pretty flimsy and am disappointed that they broke so easily in a fairly new refrigerator. I’ve looked into replacement shelves and $$.
