However the filter housing clips are brittle and broke just touching the clips that holds the lid where the filter sits snapped off in 4 months. Other than that we love this refrigerator.

Just installed. Tried to remove adhesive from the top of the freezer and it scratched it. I just used a sponge and warm water. Don’t buy black. Regretting it already.

Brand new dont work. Refrigerator 72 freezer40 Home Depot told us to bring back, another day off work and 2 1/2 hour drive. not sure what’s going on. Whirlpool used to be a good brand! Am not happy with Home Depot or. whirlpool.

I wanted to replace it with an American made, larger unit and found this one. Even better, I was able to get it within one week of ordering. I am very happy with my new refrigerator from Whirlpool!

Whirlpool seems to be a step above. I had the counter depth and decided to get the regular depth. This freezer is deeper and the interior is more spacious. Super happy with my purchase.

While I like everything about the product, there is an issue with the french doors where condensation builds up on the rubber flashing on both doors, enough so that if I have the doors open for any period of time, a puddle will form on my kitchen floor.

Although smaller than my previous refrigerator, the door design and shelf configuration options make it more functional and flexible than I expected. I don’t ‘lose’ things on the bottom shelf. I don’t miss the exterior ice and water bay, and the inside water dispenser is good. My favorite feature is the full side to side meat/cheese drawer. Items don’t get buried as in other designs.

French door is definitely the way to go and this sleek design features filtered ice and water! Water dispenser is actually located on the inside of the fridge, on the left side. Got a scoop for the ice bucket the ice dispenser unloads in to and I was good to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 months ago. I really wanted to get the best one for my buck. To be honest I'm really happy with my choice! This refrigerator has some nice organizing shelves. The indoor dispenser in my opinion is nice. It makes the outside look sleek. I don't like the inside ice dispenser as much, but in my case I rarely use ice. Regardless so far I've had no issues with the unit cooling. I love the look and would recommend it.

I purchased it 9/8/21 and it was not available for delivery until 1/13/22 when it was said to be ready within 2-3 weeks from the day I purchased!! I’m still getting used to it to provide much deeper comments. I can say, however, I need one more fresh vegetables drawer. I took one shelf off and made a bin for my 3rd vegetable place where I can stand-up few of my vegetables with roots and healthier and fresh longer upright tall vegetables.

The water dispenser inside inside is nice however it leaks and water build up appears inside. The plastic scratches and stains easily. Doors have never been level after multiple adjustments. Ice maker is noisy.

The produce drawer has been one of the most liked features in our home as it gives more room on the top for other items and my daughters can easily find their fresh veggies. We do have a sliver of metal coming off the door shelf but it’s nothing major for us. The bottom freezer drawer makes it so easy to access everything you put in there and the organizing drawers come in very handy. We absolutely love our fridge and look forward to always purchasing whirlpool appliances.

Size is great, ability to move the shelves however we need to in the fridge is great, and having the water dispenser inside and ice gives it a very clean look. Only thing we’ve noticed is that freezer space does feel slightly smaller but we have another whirlpool fridge/freezer in the basement so no worries.
