Buyer beware the icemaker in these refrigerators is junk. I have owned the refrigerator for just over two years and will be replacing the icemaker for the third time. Whirlpool does not stand behind their product and all they do is push an extended warranty for hundreds of dollars on top of the couple thousand that you pay for the fridge. I shouldn’t have to pay extra money for peace of mind with a new product, I do not recommend at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator for about two weeks. I love the inside space and the ice maker that is out of the way. I love that the front of the unit is actually stainless steel and is more smudge proof than my last refrigerator. The LED lighting is bright so that I can easily see the contents. The third small drawer in the middle is great for soft drinks or other canned beverages. The pull-out shelf is really helpful. The thing that I don't like is the noise that the motor makes and how difficult it is to get water or ice from the dispenser. It makes a clunking sound and I have to really push extra hard to get water or ice. It often stops pouring and I have to push even harder to get it to dispense, and each time it makes the clunking noise. I feel like I should be able to simply push without huge pressure to get ice or water. My husband has complained about this also so I know it's not just me. This replaced another French door brand which was much easier to use this feature. Overall, I like it much better than my last refrigerator, which was comparable in size but didn't have as much interior space due to its layout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! It’s beautiful and spacious. I like the ice storage in the door, it gives you more shelf room. The freezer opens far so you can easily reach the back items. No issues with a loud motor like other reviews. It’s very quiet. I had a hard time picking a new fridge as our last one lasted 15 years. But I absolutely love this one and am so glad I ended up picking it.

The water/ice dispenser is nice as well as being able to empty the ice collection tray easily. I haven’t had to put in a new water filter yet, but I like the convenient location of it, I do have a new filter so I’m ready. My only concern is moisture I see on the top of the freezer drawer when I open the fridge. I’m waiting to see if it continues when our humidity outside lowers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement refrigerator due to a warranty repair that damaged wiring for the LED lighting harness. Our first unit had a problem with moisture build up on the freezer door seal. The door seal and then the whold door / seal had to be replaced. Four years later with the new unit, we have the same exact issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to choose a refrigerator quickly when I realized mine was dying. I like the style and appearance. It has a lot of room for different things and the freezer on the bottom is convenient. It is, however, very noisy when the motor and/or fan are running. There is also water that accumulates on the top of the freezer drawer that is somewhat concerning to me.

Beautiful frig and easy to organize both refrigerator and freezer sections. East to have a quick view of items in both. I highly recommend.

The only thing I did not like about the new version was the (refrigerator) PLATTER POCKET, “allows wide, flat items like brownie pans, lasagna, etc to stay tucked out of the way.“ It consumed space, and we wanted to take it out. However, there was no info in the manual, and customer service was zero help. We finally found a video with removal instructions.

The refrigerator was not repairable had to wait two months for a replacement. So far the new refrigerator is working fine. i’m glad Whirlpool warranty took care of the replacement.

The water dispenser is uncomfortable and loud. We have to hold our cup really close to the top of the dispenser to not make a mess, other wise water will get every where..

Ours quit before one year was up. Warranty does not cover spoiled food so it's ruined. It is going to be repaired......whenever parts come in. Stay away from Whirlpool. Customer service is not there.
