Wall Oven after 2 months

Whirlpool has sent a tutorial video to familiarize users with the product. The unit has an elegant appearance which easily compliments the kitchen. The oven has glitches

Wouldn’t purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot stand the touch screen on this oven! Extremely sensitive or doesn’t work at all. We’re having to get new parts installed because the oven will turn off immediately after setting the temperature. Or worse, midway through cooking it turns off. What ever happened to good old fashioned products that could last years and years.

Bad display when moisture comes out of oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Any time I am using the oven and any amount of steam comes out when you open the door the display go whacky and you have to spend several minutes to get it back to what you had it originally set to do. Would never of purchased the oven but it was included in my new home by the builder.

Oven Lasted 3 Months -- Whirlpool is no help
The unit only worked for 3 months. Had a warranty service tech out twice. The oven is still not fixed, and another new part is over a month lead-time. No guarantee part will fix the problem and Whirlpool says there is nothing they can do. Will be without an oven for 3 months. Will most likely never buy another Whirlpool product again.

Pre-warming up to something new
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item came with my new build, which was completed Dec. 8, 2022. I was a little skeptical because I never had appliance other than an upright freezer I purchased in 2020 during Covid. Reviews I read didn’t make me comfortable when the builder stated that my appliances would be Whirlpool. However, since moving into my new home I’m really impressed and loving my oven. I’m able to preset my oven with my cell and even set to rapid heat without going through preheating and it also cook my food evenly.

Whirlpool Smart Wall Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven cooks well and even. Display requires getting used to and some of the display writing could be larger to read. Also the screen sensitivity push button took some getting used to. As with all these new ovens you need a handy manual to figure out some of the settings menu. Oven is only 5 months old so I cannot comment on longevity of use.

Touchscreen bad
This oven was installed in my new build house. The digital screen always glitches out when the oven is open from steam that is released while cooking.
Now, the sound is not working and cannot use the timers. I tried testing the sound under preferences and not working.
Shocked that something like this would get approved to sell to consumers.

Waste of money
Moved into a new home with pre-installed Whirlpool appliances in 2020. The display has broken 3 times now in the past 3 years, and the warranty didn't go longer than a year. Buy from a company that isn't trying to hose you on repair cost.

Good oven

I love this installed wall oven.
