Works great

Very Bad Grates
We are using Model: WCG97US6DS,Serial # : W10899218 5 burner gas cooktop. The grates are very high from the burners.
It takes too long hours to cook a meal for heating and cooking since we have this . I tried calling the customer care but they were talking about the warranty rather understanding the concern.
Please let me know if there is any other option to fix this.I feel like spending my whole life in the kitchen.

Great deal and Awesome Cooktop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved in to a new home with an electrical stove, and needed to change it out, immediately! Bought the new countertops and the icing on the cake was this cooktop. It is a very nice looking piece, and works great! Bonus- it has a griddle! Buy it!!

I like it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only giving this a 4 because I live alone and don't cook much. However, you don't have to be a gourmet cook to love this cooktop. Cooking is great, and cleanup is easy. Not sure of the knob design and placement, but once you get used to where they are located, no problem.

Great store but the cooktop will scratch very easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only use a microfiber cloth to clean the stainless steel stovetop as paper towel will leave deep scratches and any hard rubbing will leave scratching as well.

Very Good Except

Gas Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Whirlpool gas cooktop that I have owned. I am impressed with the size and spacing for pots/skillets. However, the burners heat up a little too quickly so I have to adjust cooking style as to not burn food while cooking.
