[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look of this range. We had had some many issues with the unit that Whirlpool replaced the entire range. The problem was the fan and the board that controls the range. It basically would just shut off during cooking mode. And would not work during convection cooking. After we received a new range, we started to have the same issues.. and Whirlpool said it was out of warranty. I would not recommend this range due to the issues that it is having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this range to everyone The size of the burning make cooking way faster than other stoves The oven is top notch it make cooking time less with the convection bake and converts everything for you. The only thing I would add is a griddle for the middle burner but make it optional. Best purchase I have made. Would highly recommend and would buy again. I have been using it for the last 7 months. No complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Gas Range over a year ago, and it already has issues. The digital touch screen went dark. I rebooted the system as suggested and it is still not working. As a result, I can't use the oven. One of the burners has a faulty ignitor. So, I can't use one of the burners. I have to pay someone to come and fix these problems. This is a shame.

Something happened last night when our Wi-Fi went out so not sure it’s so great to rely on internet connectivity. Bought this model because it was in stock. Rushed to buy but hoping for many years of meals to be enjoy as a result of this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome looking oven with cool features. I would’ve never thought my oven would have a touch screen, but this range has a smooth operating system. Just wished it could be placed differently since hot oils can splash on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really thrilled with our new range. We went back and forth on brands and features and are really pleased with this. We gave up the air fryer feature as we have a counter top air fryer. I think this ended up getting us a far better overall product. I haven't yet connected to the Whirlpool app but will this weekend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just before Thanksgiving and worked great with the large oven. Could fit multiple roast pans on one rack. However when I tried to light the stove 2 days later it didn’t work. Service technician came 4 days later to examine the issue. New part was ordered now waiting for it to be installed. The gas burners on top still function.

We purchased this range 3 and one half years ago. Its a good looking range, however, the oven is not made for cooking. The first New Years Day, we had my husbands family. I had ribs in the oven. When the timer went off, the oven had been off quite a while. it had been turned off accidentally because any time you touch the home keypad anywhere it turns off the oven. This has happened several times. The timer however takes 4 steps to get it to stop dinging. The range is not well insulated and heats up the house. The broiler is located front to back rather than side to side and anything you broil, browns in the middle and the sides do not. Today we get error message E0350, which means you need a new Oven Temperature Sensor. Okay so my husband put in a new one. Still get the same message. After looking online it seems if the sensor did not work it is the control board which costs as much as a new range. I will never buy Whirlpool again! I bought whirlpool because it was made in America. Sad... Don't buy this product. we also have a Whirlpool Refrigerator. 3 1/2 years old. we had to have an ice maker put in it last month.

We purchase this oven in December, it wasn't used until our home was completed in January. The mother board/panel wasn't working upon install and had to be replaced, it worked for 3 months and had to be replaced again. In the middle of baking it turned off and want allow me to switch modes it's stuck and now another service call. There service calls in less than a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Mother is 87 and she fell in love with this stove when she saw it so she purchased it. It’s very complicated for an elderly person. I have been to house seven times to help her figure out how to work the oven. Upon receiving this stove, the broiler didn’t work and it took the store, namely Ventura TV 2 months to repair it. I now need to go back to her house to show her again. I actually had to YouTube it. This stove is frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say the hinged grate feature on this is awesome. Cleaning is easy. The burners are all big, so it would be nice to have at least one a bit smaller. Even on low things cook fast. It would be nice to have a burner for slow/simmer cooking. This has so many features that I probably won’t use, but still need to look into them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First gas range and oven in decades. So far I'm happy with most aspects of it. I like the liftable grates, they make cleaning easy. I am disappointed however that there isn't a small burner in the front of the stove. I also think there should be an alarm if the gas is turned on but there is no flame. I'm reluctant to include my email with this review because Whirlpool doesn't state that they don't sell my information. They only state that they won't publish it with my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stovetop itself is fantastic, and I love the insert for the gridle. The most challenging part of this unit is the oven - which is gas. I wish it was a convection oven because the gas keeps cycling on and off, and leaves you with uneven bakes. The oven "self-clean" function is by far the worst though, because it's gas. We are disabled and had to clean it repeatedly, first trying as the instruction manual said (which didn't clean it). Then trying other cleaners. I mention that we are disabled because we had to eventually get on the floor to really scrub and get things out after only two months of use (and barely anything in the oven). So if you are disabled - find a different unit, a convection oven/gas stovetop. We bought a new house where the builder picked this out and I don't think we would have picked this for ourselves. Because we can't clean it, we literally want to replace it and it's again barely a few months old.
