I would have given this tool no stars if that were possible. It does not work. Ruined two new tubes of Lucas grease trying to get it to work. It simply does not have the volume to have enough pressure to pump grease. I recommend staying with the standard sized grease guns.

Great little gun but, the barrel is a little snug for the cartridge. Had to peel the label off of the cartridge to get it to go in...

Piece of junk,I threw my money away

It did what I wanted.

The grease gun worked just fine. I could not put the gun together as shown in the picture. I believe it is shown with the wrong configuration. I could not remove the plug to attach the flexible extension as shown. The rigid extension needs to extend through the handle to the open port on the side. The flexible extension is then attached to the end of the rigid extension. This makes more sense for squeezing the handle. I presume the other plug is for bleeding air out of the chamber. Others have described methods to loosen this plug but simply unscrewing the grease chamber a bit may offer an easier method to bleed it if necessary.

Great product. Its made nice and sturdy and works perfectly.

Have only used it a few times so far, but it has done what it was designed to do. It came with the nozzle coming out of the side and not the end as pictured. Removed the plug in the end port and used thread tape and put the plug in the side port so that I can switch back and forth. Used a heat gun to soften the red Loctite to remove the plug.

The overall quality of the gun is good. They had installed a set screw where the hose connection goes. Trying to remove it was nearly impossible. Had to heat to remove.

messed around for hours, wasted grease packs, all because the extension was sealed shut at the factory. You would think they would check these things.

It was somewhat difficult to connect to the grease fitting. However, I couldn't remove the fitting without prying it off with a screw driver, several times. It is impossible to remove just by pulling it off. Poor quality on the fitting but the rest of the unit seems pretty good.

all good. plug was too tight but I got it out and put hose in.
