Customer Reviews for Worx Pegasus Multi-Function Work Table and Sawhorse with Quick Clamps and Holding Pegs

Held off writing a review for about a year, wanted to give them a fair chance first. I bought two Pegasus work tables, mainly because they can be used independently, joined or spaced apart for longer projects. I use them weekly in my home shop and they get the job done. I have other portable tables (will not mention brand names), but I am SO much happier with the Pegasus' design, flexibility and durability. Easy to open, close and carry. No issues with the clamps and provide pegs are useful for added support when needed. I'd did buy a silver fine tip paint pen and color in some ruler numbers to enhance visibility. See attached picture. To be fair, only minor issue I ran into at first was one time when I was closing table, bottom tray folded down and popped off tracks. Easily put back on and now that I am aware I make sure tray starts up when closing. As title says, I luv my Pegasus Worx tables. Just wish I had bought them sooner.

This "workbench" is exactly as advertised and what I needed for my small projects. If I did larger projects I could see purchasing two of them to utilize the saw horse option. I stole shamelessly from another review and immediately ordered a fine tip silver paint pen at the same time I ordered this Worx Pegasus to fill in the numbers (photo attached). The ONLY thing I would prefer is some more metal for support rather than all compound plastic (plenty sturdy as is; personal preference)

After researching many portable workbenches I decided on the Pegasus. Bought two of them a few weeks ago. Have used almost daily and am extremely pleased. One mod I did do was buy an extra fine silver paint pen to color in the measuring numbers. I still use other measuring tools, but this is just a quick estimate.

I recieved this for Christmas from my father in law. During the that time I was remodeling my basement and this work bench went straight to work! Since then I have used and abused this thing and it shows no sign of failing. I highly recommend. PS, I never leave reviews unless I truly stand behind the product.

Bought this for Christmas for my husband and he just got around to using it today. Comes into the house, "I love my Worx table", 2 hours later, "For my next gift can you get me another one"

I recently received this item. I am very pleased on how its built. This is more functional than the Workmate that I have owned for many years, which I will still use as needed. The Worx Pegasus clamping "Paws" and my Workmate "Paws" are interchanged which adds to its versatility. The flat top is perfect as an overall work surface. I constructed a removable top to protect it from any painting spills/drips using the shipping carton it came in. I inverted it, removed the back side and kept the same carton depth and trimmed/scored it to fit. perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a senior citizen, all my helpers have moved out of the house; so, I purchased a Worx Pegasus to become my new assistant without a need to feed it every day. Depending on this device to continue my independence admittedly need help with projects around the down-sided dwelling. Ordered online and arrived in just a couple of days packaged to protect the work bench from damage in transportation yet easily opened; set up was a snap, pop, and use. Wow what a joy! Well worth the price, it sits in a corner of the garage waiting to be called upon with any task by carrying to the spot and pulling the sides up, the workbench is ready to be that helping hand with a platform or claps.

As you can see in the picture, the box was heavily damaged at the bottom. When I took it out of the box and checked for cracks or broken pieces there were none! No damage, dents or scuff marks! I wanted to use this as a extra table that I could use outside but have already used it for a small project in the kitchen. Love the clamping system! They store in slots under the folding shelves and won't come out until the shelves are raised. Genius! I would have liked a more flattened side rail or wider somehow for attaching additional clamps but it's not a deal breaker. Can't wait for spring so I can work outside. I'm gonna say it's well worth it.

Saw this on 731Woodworks video review on youtube and ordered one...then 5 more. These are so functional, super easy to set up and break down to store. Well built, well designed, and high quality. I mostly use them for an outfeed table then store out of the way - space is a premium in a small shop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this table for various wood working projects and find it very handy and versatile. Only problem I've had is one of the clamps broke. I'm 75, still have a decent grip but don't think the handle should have broken when I gave it a tight squeeze!

Easy to set up, and very versatile worktable that converts into saw horses, can be connected to more tables for bigger workspace. Comes with 2 clamps I am very satisified with my purchase

This is just what I was looking for - portable, easy to set up and use. Looking forward to a bigger planned project in the near future that will work great for!

That product was always difficult to manage but the work table is easy. Love the clamps to help hold the objects in place. Easy store makes it a go to product. Contemplating another table for extension but not needed right away since one table will meet most projects.

I use these for everything! When I go camping they are my serving tables, or prep tables. When I am working they are my project tables!

I bought 2 of them. One is missing the cap of a rod. Also. You can get your hand pinched while moving it. It's also a bit heavy. Other than that is fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this s month ago and I'm happy I went with worx. It's my first ever worktable and I am not disappointed at all. I love that it is designed for me to take it out of the box ànd get to work right away. I work from my small patio so the Pegasus is the perfect size too and I'm glad to know that when I get a bigger space, I can configure it to be adapted to the new space too by adding another one. So yes, this is the perfect worxtable for me.

Bought this in March. Works great but the clamp rails are rusting.

I just bought this bench. I am making charcuterie boards and butcher blocks. The clamps are great but there is no lock to hold the clamps still while you us just the clamps.

Used the table (Christmas gift from wife) once with clamping dogs.....worked very well, great concept and overall fuctionality. Folded the table up and left dogs in position to be used later at a remote location. Set the folded table on my front porch to load in my truck after loading other tools. While loading the wind blew the work table over on to my porch landing on the dogs, one of the dogs punched a hole in the table top (see pic's attached)! I looked at how thin the top was and now I can see how this could happen. This is the opposite of robust. The top material is too thin if the impact of the table falling over could cause one of the dogs to puch a hole in the friggin table top. Now I have a virtually new work table (used once) with a hole in the top and a dog position no longer useable. Why would the manufacturer not size the top thickness to simply withstand the force generated buy its own wieght when falling over without sustaining permanent damage? Will not reccommend! Very disappointed, great idea but too fragile to be considered a serious work table.

I Like it..the style,how they build,there’s a extra metal piece in every legs and really easy to build and the same way ,it’s easy to fold and put where you can keep it..

This table is strong and sturdy. Ive stood on it (not recommended). Easy to fold and move around.

I’ve had mine for two years now, I’m a full time RV’er traveling about every two weeks. The work bench stores in my 5th wheel conveniently, sets and ready fast. The work bench holds a table saw, router, sanders and more. My next idea is to use the peg holes to attach a vice. I can’t say enough good about the works Pegasus

The folding table is perfect for my projects I plan on getting another one in the future.

It made it easy for me to finish my deck.

I recently bought this table after comparing other brands and reading the reviews. I like that it’s so portable, lightweight and easily folds and have found more uses for it than just wood working. I’ve also used it for car maintenance and lawn mower repair. It held my push mower and saved my back! So handy I should have two!

This replaced a Black & Decker Workmate 400.That was hard to set up and tear down with my bad arm(heavy). This is so easy to use,light weight,I realy like it,works great.

My dad bought me this a couple of years ago and it sat in my garage until I started renovations on my cottage this year. In a word - "amazing!" I absolutely love using this work table and wish I had opened it up when I first got it. An essential part of a handyman's arsenal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impression, "Wow, they thought of everything in this design." I wanted it for the built in clamps (my old Work"Pal" never seems to be able to hold any project). But as I started to look it over, I discovered so much more. Like built in trays for tools/screws/parts, out of the way holders for the clamps and stops, a place to mount an extension cord. While the work space is bigger than my old "Mate", this table is more stable, folds easier, and is easy to carry. Days after it arrived, my daughter asked me to hang a piece of art that was created on a heavy piece of furniture grade plywood. With the art work on the face, I could not simply lay the piece face-down to work on the back side. I remember seeing a photo of the Pegasus Folding Work Table where one side was folded down with the work secured at the upward angle. I did the same for the art work and had a secure hold on the piece as a cut out mounting holes in the back side. Perfect.
