The mirror may be 24 inches, but the cabinet behind...
The mirror may be 24 inches, but the cabinet behind is 19 inches high. I bought it to have 2 shelves each holding 10-inch-tall product containers (spray, mousse, lotion, etc.). Obviously it can't. Who can believe a big mirror and small cabinet? Bad design.

The rough wall opening as given is 13.5"W x 17.75"H which would require a smaller bodied Cabinet. I needed 3 cabinets for a rental remodel. They were...
I needed 3 cabinets for a rental remodel. They were the right size and price. I ordered 3. 1 was a box of broken glass so another ordered which delayed my project. I fit the center one and the left while I waited. The third was almost a half inch higher. The bank sets were all different, so measure.

It states that it’s for recessed or surface mount ...but it is not for surface mount ...the sides look like cheap plastic ...which is fine if you can recess it into the wall ...but we don’t have that option. The mirror itself looks fine ...I just wouldn’t hang it on my wall

This product arrived with the mirror shattered. It was very disappointing since I made sure I had enough time to put it up before Easter. Because it was shattered I did not have a mirror in my bathroom during a family gathering on Easter. It was quite embarrassing to have a big hole in the wall. We have since returned the product but it was very inconvenient to do this. I had it delivered to my house instead of the store because it is not convenient at all for me to go to the store. I am very disappointed and will most likely not order anything from Home Depot online.

The size and beveled edge of the mirror sold me on this cabinet; however after a short time, the silvering on the inside mirror edge has worn off from opening and closing the door. I do not recommend this product.

We are sorry you're experiencing issues with your medicine cabinet. Desilvering or “Mirror rot” happens when those protective coatings are compromised and the silver nitrate is exposed. Even if your mirror is mounted on the wall, the silver nitrate will begin to react with particles in the air, moisture, or even the products you use for mirror cleaning. The silver nitrate and the copper sulfate oxidize, and the result is black edges on your mirror. The beveled-glass front is very thin, and I can see where hands that are too strong or careless could just break it.
It's fine for me as I'm the only one using the cabinet and this bathroom. I would not recommend it for busier households.
It looks nice on the wall under the lighting fixture. Dressed up the bathroom a bit.

I bought it because it had the smallest dimensions. Turns out it fit a 13 1/2 inch wide opening and fit perfectly.
You should publish the outside dimensions (size of opening required) of the cabinet. More people would use it.

Nothing fancy but it's a nice cabinet.
I bought this to replace one of the plywood cabinets. The plywood tends to get wet and hold water. Then let's not talk about the mold. It's does the job, is easy to clean and stays clean because all you have to do is wipe it down. Very easy to install.
