A disappointing performance from the so-called "market leader" of robotic vacuums.
"Random rambling around the room" doesn't get the floor clean. I replaced it with a Roborock S4 which works wonderfully.

Loved it until it broke in 10 months
I absolutely loved my Roomba. I had it for 10 months and babied it before the computer in the vacuum itself gurgled and died. There was no way to fix it. Now I have to ask myself is it worth dealing with customer service and warrentues and buy the same brand?

The I Robot i guess does what it's suppose to...
The I Robot i guess does what it's suppose to do. I just wish I could change the pattern of the cleaning. It tends to go over the same area when cleaning which means some areas of the room will be missed when using the robot.

It's AMAZING how much dirt this picks up!!!! We've had 3 robotic cleaners, and this one is by far the best we've purchased. Also love the app (never had one that uses the app before) - it notifies us right away if there is any issue while cleaning (for example, if it gets stuck). Plus the app records how long each cleaning lasts, etc - it's very useful! The product looks nice, and it was very simple to install (including the app part)!
