Wrinkles
I like everything about the rug the appearance, the shipping process, but the little wrinkles have not gone out of the rug. It’s been on the floor now for more than two weeks I have put flat items on it to try to help and let it sit overnight for two nights before I actually put it down and then I let it sit for another two nights in the area where it was going to be but the wrinkles have not completely gone away.

You get what you pay for
The rug colors looks as pictured but it’s been several weeks and the folds will not come out. It’s puckered along edges too. You get what you pay for.

Thin and rippled
Really like the color and pattern. Don’t like the low thread count and can sorta see the base or back of the rug. Also, as many reviewer said, the ripples have not come out after one month. The inside of the rug roll at delivery was folded first then about halfway through was rolled but even the rolled end is rippled. Ugh!

Not worth the Money
Rug is very thin. Can even see through it. Rug will not lay flat even after 5 days and steaming it. Very disappointing!

It will not lay flat
I have had this rug for several weeks now. When it first came I unrolled it immediately and placed it on top of the rug pad. I then brought in a few heavy plastic folding tables from the garage but left them folded up and placed them on the rug and moved them over the rug a few inches every 8-10 hours. This took several days. Then we pulled those out and put our dining table and chairs on the rug but it still had waves and corner curls so I figured the waves would fix themselves and put a stack of books on the corners for days. It’s still not flat weeks later and one corner stays curled up and I’m constantly tripping on it.

Folding Process of Rugs Unacceptable.
I loved the rug but it came FOLDED. It has been on the floor 2+ weeks now. The folds are not relaxing. I will submit photos on request. It is a slipping hazard with folds present.
Refund was accepted gratefully but disposal is a problem.

Beautiful but comes with some dents
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light-multi rug is so beautiful and really brightens up my room. I love the subtle pop of color! My only complaint it the dents from backing, I got the corners to straighten out by placing weights and books on them for 3 days but the center still has some dents and I am not sure if they will go away

Durable, soft and beautiful
This rug was far better than we expected. I do morning yoga on it each day and it’s held up nicely, doesn’t shed on my clothes, and looks beautiful!

Love it!
Excellent rug, especially for the price. Changed the whole room. It’s soft and comfortable to walk and sit on. I got the cheaper rug pad, which is perfect. Highly recommend.

Unimpressed
I purchased a 3x5 version of this rug to go with the 8x10 rug I purchased the week prior. Both rugs were poorly packed and were very wrinkled upon receipt with hard folds and creases that will not come out. The smaller rug has red stains on both ends from the packaging. Both rugs have edges that are not squared. Also, as others have commented, the rug looks “dirty” all the time. Something about the way the pattern looks smudged when you walk on it. Poor quality overall.

This is the crappiest rug I’ve ever seen. It’s rough, stinky, the creases are impossible to relax. It feel terrible under your feet and is constantly bunching even with a very high quality rug pad underneath. What a waste of money.

Looks NOTHING like the photo. You can't even see the design on the rug. It just looks like blur of pink and off-white. SO disappointing. But it's a rug so it works covering floors.... Too much hassle to return. I'm convinced the rug in the pic and the rug I received are 2 different rugs. And thanks home depot for sending me this reminder to right this review lol I almost forgot how much I hate it.

Very disappointed in this rug. Color was not at all true to what is shown online. The pink and cream look nearly identical in all but the brightest light. I've been looking forward to this for weeks and it looks nothing like the photo :(

It’s OK
It’s just ok. It’s very thin and cheap looking and won’t lie flat as of yet. I got the black for the mud room so it could get dirty and not show up. For that purpose it works but if I bought it for a main room showstopper I would have returned it.
