Good quality plastic, still looks new after 3 years use.

This leaks after about six months of use. I bought 2 of them and the same thing happened I.e. leaks at the base. Not recommended.

Gone are the days of the blue drip of wasted dish soap! This is clean, easy to refill and stylish. Great product!

My old dish soap dispenser and caddy leaked from the rim of the pump. This set does not and it looks great on the countertop at the sink!

It does what it is supposed to do, and does it well. It doesn’t clog. And, it looks nice on the counter. It won’t change your life, but it will make cleaning dishes a little bit easier.

I recently added the 22 fl. oz. square push pump with caddy, chrome to our simplehuman collection. It works as advertised, is just a tad big bigger than expected. I prefer the touchless soap pump.

These soap pumps are very nice, however, I do not like the size/look on my counters. I have ordered a couple of sensor pumps and I am waiting for more in another color and will order others. Love simplehuman products!

Solid, sexy, sassy. Holds a glorious amount of cleaning juice and looks great doing it. The best push pump I have ever encountered. It’s big and beautiful and like all things simplehuman, it is really well designed.

I am mostly very happy with the bigger size pump since it holds a large amount. The only issue is that once the pump top is removed from the bottom it doesn't seem to fit as as snug as it does out the the package. The design is such that the pump is set back from the front of the unit and it seems like a center placement or the reverse would work better but overall, It does work fine and I am pleased. I am very loyal to simplehuman products and have always been satisfied.

The dispenser is nice but for it's price, you can likely do better. The design has a flaw in that the pump head is held down by plastic locking tabs that break extremely easily. Once the tabs have broken off, the dispenser is junk as the pump will no longer stay attached to the base. The tabs seem to last 2-3 months. Warranty replacement has been good but do you really want to have to go through replacement every few months? Other simplehuman products we own have been great so it's disappointing that this expensive soap dispenser has been so poor.

This pump looks great in my kitchen. The ease of use is great.

This makes my kitchen counter look so much better. Instead of having a soap bottle I now have an attractive soap dispenser.

The soap pumps are so amazing and last a long time. I like the manual pumps for my shower. They work well for my husband who struggles with the sensor style.

Really, no surprises here. This dispenser is typical of simplehuman. Nothing but top quality in construction and materials. It feels substantial and functions with great precision, like a high-end camera, smooth, substantial and formidable. It's also a beautiful compliment to our kitchen, so much so that friends who came by last week actually mentioned the soap dispenser and how great it looked. Yes, it's a little pricey! But, like our simplehuman trash can which we have had for four years, it's a great value!

We are a simplehuman household, in Japan, Asia and Hawai’i so we have the products everywhere, if we ever have had an issue the customer support is just spectacular. If you are looking for great innovative products with a company you know will back their products, simplehuman is the one.

I was disappointed in the functioning of this set. I can not use the caddy with the pump as it slides around the counter if there is the least amount of water on the surface. I do like the pump, that it holds a good amount of soap so I don't have to refill it often.

This pump is great in the breakroom. It makes the room organized & clean.

Easy to use and effective. I use the large pump without the caddy, and it would be nice if there were a soft/sticky silicone base on the bottle so it stayed put on the counter top. The nature of the molding on the bottom makes it difficult to add stick-on rubber feet.

I initially ordered 2/15 oz and 1/22 oz push pump dispensers to use in my kitchen (15 oz for hand soap/hand lotion and 22 oz for dish soap). So impressed with ease and accuracy of each pump, I ordered additional dispensers for bathroom, especially 22oz for daily liquid facial soap - measured amount dispensed, actually save on waxing more than needed. I would highly recommend both size dispensers. Well designed, easy to use. Secure packaging, quick delivery.
