pest control.
Walked into Home Depot and I noticed that they didn’t have the products in order. One section should be for spiders. All product should be nothing but spiders ants mice they have them all different location. When I would ask help, they wouldn’t understand me. There was not one Spanish-speaking person that could explain to me what this product was. I had to return it because when I got home, I asked my daughter. What is this product and I said it has nothing to do with roaches or ants or mice, it’s hydrogen peroxide

            Why have an app when the information in the app is incorrect???
            Went into the store to purchase an item the app said had over a dozen in stock. There were none. No one was interested in providing me help when I tried to get some. I will not trust this store or app in the future.

              A nice you Home Depot employee saw me reaching for an 80 lb. bag of concrete and asked if I wanted him to help me and he did.
              I never ask for help but now at an advanced age, I have a painful shoulder condition and dreaded lifting that bag but a nice young Home Depot employee came over and asked to assist me and I gladly agreed. He really intended to help me and loaded the bag on my cart and proceeded to push my flat cart to the front and even spotted a new lane opening and got me next in line and insisted on taking my cart to my van and did load the concrete for me. I felt so relieved for his help realizing that if I did lift that bag alone it would have been the last thing I would do for the rest of the day. Instead, I went home and set my fence post using that bag and was extremely glad of my accomplishment. I only wished I had some money to pay that Home Depot employee but I didn't and he said thank you but it wasn't necessary. Wow! I never expected such a great Home Depot experience. Thanks to that employee and to Home Depot.

                  My latest Home Depot experiences
                  I ordered some building materials on the Home Depot website. Here is a list of all the things which went wrong. Overall not too bad, but some things need improvement. I ordered some carriage bolts, the nuts and washers for it as well. Unfortunately one store had the screws, but another store had the nuts and washers. Why? Besides these items required in store pickup and could not be part of the delivery. No big deal so I drove to the store (Eldridge) which had the nuts and washers. When I arrived, they told me, that they did not have the washers. This is a big thing, because when you join two wooden beams together, you better have a washer under the nut. So I walked through the store and found the exact same washers I ordered online, but in a different bin. So you DID have the washers. Besides, the washers cost more than twice compare to the nuts. Why? Then I went to the Copperfield store. It was raining and few customers around. I went to the Service Desk and a male employee was sitting on the desk, chatting with other employees. "Stand over there", he told me. Nobody tells a grown man to "stand over there", especially when this man is at least twice his age. There is no indication and no way to know for a customer if he should stand on the left or the right of the person operating the computer on the Service Desk. I told the lady, I want to pick up my items I ordered. She looked at the screen and told me, that these items are not in stock but are at the Eldridge store. I put on my glasses and took a look myself. You must scroll down the screen... oh... here they are, she said. This morning, I wanted to go to the Home Depot web page again, to research some other items. On the Home Depot web page, it appeared that I was logged in, but my name and address as well as my previous orders were not there. "You have no previous orders" it read on the screen. Called the 1-800 number and got the run around talking to 4 different people. None of them seemed to understand what I am talking about and made no effort to sort this out. They said, that they had no way to look at my account. However by now, I may have found the problem after trying all sorts of things (but I am not sure). When you close down the Home Depot web page without specifically "log-out" the next time you visit you are still logged in, but your account is not recognized. On the order invoice is an error. The quantity discount when I ordered states 75pcs (it is a 2"*4"*8' piece of lumber, but on the invoice it says 72, despite the price was calculated for 75. Not a big deal, but I always check the numbers and they must be correct. I ordered on Thursday and it read "delivery tomorrow" (Friday). Then when I paid for items it read "delivery on Saturday". No big deal, but Why? This morning a lady called me and told me that the delivery will be on Saturday between 6am and 8pm. And this was the moment when I had enough of it. What is the point of telling a person that a delivery is sometimes, anytimes during daylight. I am certain Home Depot can do better. Customers hate it when they have to stand-by all day for a delivery. What do you want me to do, take a whole day's vacation?

                    Return on wrong product
                    HD refused to refund or x change a product I purchased there that didn't work to place my tub faucets I also purchased there. Immediately she refused one item because it was opened. Its a small platic bag. Then she rang the others up and it stated refused refund. So buyer be aware if you buy the wrong product they will not refund your money. Shop else where

                      My wife and I were very pleased with Home Depot. They wert above and beyond to make us happy . I always buy my appliances from them. If there is an issue with our purchase they make things right . They really stand behind everything they sell .

                          Fridge Nightmare
                          I bought a Fridge over a week ago , even took out a credit card (hard it to credit) and I can't get the fridge. They want to keep.the fridge for themselves. Lol your third part delivery company Sucks, rude and unprofessional, all females who don't know how to behave.

                            Aisles are constantly blocked with unstored merchandise, shelves, in all departments are constantly out if stock, electrical and hardware are the worst, and no one seemed to want to give anyone any help. Most of the time, half of the self checkout registers are not available.

                              This home depot states that it does not price match. Contrary to what their corp page says that they do. You won't get advice or help here either but they seemed staffed.

                                  Never buy carpet or tile!
                                  Home Depot did 3 different measurements by 3 different men. None agreed with each other.. Home Depot overcharged me by using the one that made them the most money and was NOT accurate. I returned. 2/3 of materials that were not needed 3 weeks ago. A refund I was promised is waiting higher management approval.

                                      You wouldn’t think a shopping run to Home Depot would be stored as a core memory. But this was my case, an employee by the name Shane helped me get an 18 “ chainsaw and was just so helpful. We will definitely shop here for all our hardware needs

                                        Tri fuel generator purchase
                                        Went in store to purchase generator after having received a text stating it was in stock. It was not in stock but I didn't want to leave without purchasing. Alicia mgr and Alonzo helped me and got me squared away in no time and just awaiting delivery to the store n hopefully everything is ok.

                                              Purchase paint and the gallon container was new to me. Left the store without the new connect spout and pour. Well you know what kind of mess, waste of paint that turn out. The attendees didn't give or offer me a paint spout. Also the front end didn't see that I was without no spout.

                                                    Excited to see that Copperfield Home Depot now has a Tool Rental Department. We always receive GREAT service at this store and especially in the Lumber Department. Keep up the good work. Contractors should check this store out. You won't be disappointed.

                                                          Great experience purchasing a chain saw
                                                          I bought a battery powered Ryobi chain saw and am so pleased with it. It works like a charm and has a much lower noise level than a gas powered one. Joe helped me find what I needed. He was very knowledgeable. He walked several aisles with me and explained everything so even this here 70 year old lady could understand. I appreciated his help tremendously.
