I have visited this Copperfield store for years. and it is well stocked, and have very helpful employees.

I was helped out by both Jonathan and Ashley in the store and they were very friendly

Employee was confrontational and disrespectful at self check out. Other employees interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

Just needed wood to support some work we were doing. Helpful staff and quick check out

I was there on February 2023. I wanted to check out through the garden department where I picked up the plants, But that woman at the check out she was talking and talking to the other customer who's paid already and wanted to leave, she didn't even pay atention she talked about her neighbor who has 50 acres and went on and on. So I went inside to pay and I ask that woman in bed if I could have some plastic for my plant to put in the car, but she also was busy talking to her coworker about her family. I mean it's really disgusting.

I visited this store a few days ago and was very pleased with the whole thing- it’s nice and clean - the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially the flooring area - overall an awesome experience

Purchased an item with a gift card. When I returned it, they refused to put it back on my gift card and instead insisted on giving me merchandise credit. Using merchandise credit cards is a huge hassle at checkout.

Tried to return something and buy something - no one wanted to work today snd 3 other customers were looking for help only to be met with - deer in the head lights looks on their faces. They can stand around and BS but not help anyone. Really bad experience today - usually it’s better but not today.

I can't praise this store enough. Today I purchased a very heavy item. 200lb Toolbox Assistant manager Gustavo & cashier Rosa were more than helpful.

The employees were very courteous and I picked up a few bargains. I find that the employees at this location are usually very helpful.

If u want to be treated like a customer avoid the copperfiel home depot.

Don’t bother asking any of the employees for help, they’ll just look at you dumbfounded and say I don’t know.

It feels good when someone takes the time to meet your need and not brush you off. Thank you Home Depot for quality service and locating and printing me a receipt from six months ago. Thank you to one of the Store Manager for his time and patience.

Every time I shop there I always find what I need! I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees always there answering my questions when I have needed it!

The store was very well organized and the employees were great..

I purchased landscaping materials for a patio and found everything I needed to complete my project and all materials were purchased at the best price compared to other stores.

I think they could do a better job with signage in the store. Many items and displays have no prices on them

When I called the store to inquire about my measurements for flooring I was transferred around and placed on hold way too long and the reps were not polite and answer the phone saying "Hello" as if they were answering their cell phones and not the company phone - not greeting message or Thank You for calling Home Depot. I also went into the store to inquire about toilet installs and out of 3 reps I spoke to no one knew. Went next door to competitor and was greeted as soon as I walked and staff was knowledgable and actually has the price of their installations on the aisles. Home Depot needs to take a note from them as it relates to customer service and training staff on installation cost.

Home depot have reasonable price compare to somewhere else. I know most of the home depot employee are busy at work therefore I hope their boss can appreciate their work and credit them. As well as bettet serve us.

I don't understand why is always difficult to find assistance. I've come to the realization that you will never going to find help if you need keys made, assistance in lumber or building materials, and cashiers don't know anything or where the manager is.

I always enjoy my experience at this shop. You don’t realize how good it is until you go to another similar shop. I’m grateful to the employees for always being willing to help, never making me feel silly for asking a question, and I’m always grateful that they have a friendly disposition while helping. Thank you.

Associate (Nico) at self-checkout asked me if so was paying with a card. I was so she motioned me to a register. I scanned one item abs the couldn’t see how to enter the bolts I had. Requested assistance and she told me she was too busy to look up the 8 carriage bolts I had, got to a regular register (now 4 deep) then walked away and promptly helped no one else for the next 10 minutes. Not impressed.

I have used this store location many times to satisfy my home improvement requirements and have used my VA identification card for the military discount without issue; however my most recent visit was complicated by a store cashier who challenged my card and stated it was not correct. She provided me an example of the cards accepted and I was able to show her that one of the accepted cards was identical to my card but she again stated that my card was not correct. I was getting very frustrated and the amount of time to complete my purchase was impacting the long line of customers behind me. I was about to have her contact the store manager when she decided to grant me the discount. I have used this card at several locations to verify my military service without issue and feel that this cashier was confused. I intend to visit with the store manager on my next trip to this location to ensure that my card is accepted and there are no further issues.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and nice! I always learn something and it gives me confidence to do it myself because I know I'll always have help from this store.

The customer service has deteriorated over the years. I will not be returning to that Home Depot. I wanted to purchase 2 toilets but I was told by an employee that the store had no loaders. I purchased only one. On my last few trips to the store, no one has been around to assist several customers. However, the store is making even more money since the ice storm. Since this store is in high demand, they don't care about customer service. The cashier was friendly.

Me and my husband went to purchase our new lawnmower and other home items for our first home and we had a wonderful experience with customer service. We actually applied for the home depot card and got incredible news! It was truly a blessing. We want to say thanks to Rochelle who did a terrific and smooth job in helping us apply for the card, plus she showed us some amazing tricks for future purchases! We are so glad Rochelle was there to guide us! Thank You! You go girl!
