The manager Lisa, is very unprofessional and not punctual. Had no hurry to hear a customer complaint and how to help them as well as the cashier jazmin. She had an ugly attitude and ignored the fact that we were there.

I appreciated my shopping experience at this store. Keep up the great work!

I appreciate that Home Depot.com provides information such as in store product availability and the exact location in the store where you can find the products you want to purchase. It makes it so easy to choose Home Depot as your home improvement store when you can walk in, go to the aisle and bay and find what you're looking for. How efficient!

Early Friday morning helpers were there to provide assistance even to search other stores for the missing item. Cleaning was going on with piles of sweepings at each row, it didn't bother me but someone not watching could have kicked it around just to be swept again, no big deal. The guy at the service desk was very helpful.

The cashier charley first gave me the wrong information to return my oven that i just bought. He was really rude to me . Then when I wanted to return the oven he didnt help me. He was just unhelpful and didnt care about our situation. He had no respect for us. He was really unfriendly

The employees we dealt with were terrific. The manager needs retraining in customer service. He pitched a fit and was yelling our cashier and my husband and I. Will never go to this store again because of him. Would rather go a couple of extra miles to a different one

The store was well-ordered and clean - I use the convenient self-check out almost all the time and I get an email confirmation of my purchase.

The isles, floors, and counters are generally clean.

Quality of service, quality of goods, realistic costs and professional personnel are always very superior and expected from this facility. The Lowe's facility, which is located right next to this facility has never been as professional in their operations and service.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE ASSOCIATE THAT WORKED IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT. BY HER BEING INQUISITIVE OF MY PROJECT, SHE KNEW THE THINGS THAT I NEEDED AND ASSISTED ME WITH GETTING THE PROPER PRODUCTS. SHE WORKED IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT ON 08-13-2016 AROUND 530PM. SHE TRULY DESERVES KUDOS!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE LIKE HER, THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT GROW IN THE COMPANY. AND GOOD LUCK TO HER IN THE NEAR AND FAR FUTUE!!! SHE WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO WORK WITH!!!!!!

Every associate at this location is always courteous, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've shopped at the Copperfield location for many years, and I've never had a negative experience.

Customer service/Returns line is a little slow every time but great customer service when you get through the lines.

All of the employees I encountered were kind and extremely helpful about their store and their products. It made it a joy shopping for lumber even.

Always helpful and well stocked, whether I'm shopping or for an online order store pick-up. Employees are very knowledgeable and polite. Very important to me.

The store is not bad, They may need a little bit more product in stock instead of just a few selection. Also, I'm not sure about other store, or may be we were calling at the wrong time for two days straight, but this one need to learn to pick up the phone when customer call and transfer people to a live person when assistance is needed.

This is my favorite store for home improvement. Love it!
