Bad experience with employee - very rude.

I like this branch as well. Staff are very accommodating.

My past experiences at the Glendora Home Depot have been pleasant and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. It's a gerat place to pick up items for your home and business projects.

BEST PRODUCT QUALITY / STANDARDS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plenty of staff to assist especially on the front check stand area. so much better the "L" home improvement stores.

Very frustrating experience at your Glendora CA location. Looking for LG Refrigerator and waited over 1/2 hour for assistance. Called operator TWICE with no response. Finally flagged down employee in the main aisle named Craig who was EXTREMELY RUDE sarcastic and condescending. Let him know we had been waiting for a long time and that I had even called the store operator to send someone. Rather than apologizing and offering help, he made it seem as though it was my fault I couldn’t find anyone to help me by saying “what are you talking about” and that he was “all around here.” Let him know I did not appreciate his attitude and to please call a manager. All this occurred in front of another customer who was also waiting for help with her recent dryer purchase. Peter arrived and assisted us. Noel and another female manager also arrived. All three were very apologetic and helpful. The fridge was a gift for my daughters new house in Glendora and if not for the convenience of this location I would have taken my money somewhere else. I definitely understand staffing concerns in retail locations but for high end products employees should be available especially on key sales days. Red/white/blue balloons are nice and inviting but not as valuable as well trained employees. Initially I was invited last week to return today for Memorial Day sale by supervisor Omar who was the best employee we encountered since he answered all our questions, provided his business card and encouraged us to take advantage of the sale. Unfortunately he was not available today. Would still recommend the store since managers did respond quickly and hopefully they will take my concerns seriously.

I received exceptional help from an employee with the purchase of a string trimmer. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

Kris and Luke in your garden department. Kris for her knowledge, her kindness and helpfulness in helping me locate and answer all of my questions!!! More only that the garden looked SPECTACULAR! I soever a lot more than I intended to because of it! (A little difficulty with navigating my cart). And Luke, extremely polite and kind in helping me to my car!!! They made my shopping today so enjoyable!!! Hang on to these two!!! A great asset to your store!!! Always great customer service!!!

The store was clean, and well organized.

We were greeted upon entering the store. I had to ask the location of the item I was interested in, was told exactly what aisle # and which direction. I saw an employee in Appliances who showed me some of my options, seemed to have good product knowledge. I made my choice, she looked up the availability and we proceeded to my payment options. While she was finalizing the sale, there was another customer waiting. She politely stated that she would be with him in a few minutes, but if he only had a question, maybe she could answer it. He asked where he would find ??????, she told him without hesitation then returned to our transaction. Very pleasant experience overall. P.S. the women's restroom was very clean.Bugs

The store overall has a good group of employees in my opinion. A few members really stand out and the only department I really have had trouble finding items I needed were in the plumbing department. Plumbing really needs a experienced employee to keep products organized and stocked properly.

Great staff nice and attentive. The cashier Francisco was very helpful. So was Craig.

I appreciate the customer focus change I continue to experience on each visit.

This Home Depot is my go to store! The store is well kept, and the employees are courteous and helpful. I was assisted by an employee named Paula. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed.

I found everything I needed in stock. Including cleaning products. Associates were very helpful with my questions. No delay in checkout. Good experience.

I still live in the beautiful city of Glendora of 30 years and I remember when this store was built, been shopping here since the opening day and I have continued to receive professional service non stop,

Craig was our sales person and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and overall made our shopping experience wonderful! He was able to help with all our items and purchases. Fantastic experience because of Craig!

I went shopping for flowers in the flower and plant section and was greated with a hello as soon as we walked in .i found exactly what I was looking for and didn't need assistance I knew where the flowers were I wanted and the flowers were just starting to bloom so they should last for a nice while I had a nice shopping experience .

The associates at this location are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.

Just want to give a shout out to the supervisor Frank! I came in to buy a miter saw, and overnight the price had increased by $40 dollars. Frank took the time to listen to my dilemma and was able to verify the overnight price jump on the saw. After consulting with another manager, it was the confirmed the saw was to be discontinued and no longer going to be sold, so they could not offer the original price. However Frank was kind enough to offer a $25 dollar discount. I grabbed my saw and Frank came over to adjust the price. While I am saddened I waited an extra day and missed out on the lower price, I can guarantee with employees like Frank that I will no longer be shopping at the big blue home improvement store. And if anyone from management sees this please let Frank know he is doing a great job, and even the small gestures are appreciated and don't go unnoticed.

Today I briefly walked into the store gave it another chance and a wonderful cashier name Amanda was fantastic! She was bright chipper and had a great attitude! Last year I was at the store and was treated very badly and I brought it to the managers attention and I said to myself I would never come back to the store. Because the manager fix the situation I felt I should give it another try I went back a year later and had a wonderful experience thank you.
