Mike C was so kind, knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the right power tool. He even did a demo when I said I had idea on how to use the multi tool.

4 associates helped me - The first when I looked lost, asked what I needed. He helped me to the shop-vac filters. The second was working the paint desk and she still helped me find what I needed -- a shovel. The third man pointed me to MORE shovels, where I found one that wasn't on an end cap. The final help came at checkout - Rob reassured me I had picked out 'the best' / 'his favorite' shovel, and helped me bag my items. Great, friendly, helpful and respectful crew. Thanks!!

Home Depot is my go to for home projects. My last two projects were successful thanks to the detailed, friendly customer care provided by the staff, everything from calling customer service to checkout!

While shopping instore looking for items Ron. B the manager noticed me looking around he immediately asked if he can help me find anything which he did and item was a little damaged but he gave me a markdown as well very friendly i am also a former employee Drea from capital thanks!

Looking for a particular color to paint my porch railing. Brian in the paint dept was very helpful., informative, and gave good advice on the project that I was working on. I am so thankful for Brian's help.

The workforce in the store is always aloof and tries to avoid helping customers at all costs.

I walked into Home Depot, right away I was greeted by a friendly worker and asked if I needed any help. The greeter took me where the products were located. That was excellent customer service.

Shay & Antwon we’re helpful, friendly, professional & efficient AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD ME, the CUDTOMER. It’s actually quite noticeable because in the past, I would cringe if I had to go to the NORTH SHORE Home Depot because the employees were surly, unapproachable, avoided helping & had the attitude of “ Don’t Bother Me.” And if you could find someone to help they barely made eye contact, we’re uncommunicative, and/or did not know where the products were & would not show me where they were and sometimes sent me on a wild goose chase all over the store.

I was in need of a screw eye hook to hang my stainless steel pot rack. At home, I only had 3 but I had to go to HD for 1 more. With the help of an associate, I found what I needed at a good price. This location is a lively store and the hospitality is awesome!

Since I do so few projects it doesn’t warrant buying saws. So this service is excellent. Danny was a super nice representative in a store full of dry unhappy associates

I started a kitchen.project with this store and although my designer was excellent , kind, responsible and gave me consistently great service, the supporting departments , especially ordering and installation , didn't follow through or follow up, never returned calls , emails ( voice mail box full for 6 months), delayed weeks before scheduling me for installation( crew 2) , inspite of my repeated calls to managers ...in short , it's been over 1 year , my cabinets sat in the garage for 4 months, have water damage and were returned. Now I'm starting over with entire project .

Despite terrible customer service from the Ryobi product call center, the team at Home Depot supported my warranty needs on a new piece of equipment. The staff and Assistant Manager (sadly don't know their names) were super focused on my being treated well and were very helpful, professional, and courteous. Great team!
