Home Depot is usually where I shop when I need household items or tools. I find they carry good products at very competitive prices. This particular store had the item I needed. The employee who assisted me in finding the item seemed a bit slow. It was not a serious inconvenience.

Not friendly service and waited 25 mins for help and when I got help wasnt friendly

Friendly, helpful staff, clean store generally well stocked, room to move carts in aisles. This is our first-choice location for Home Depot. This store's staff has helped us remove stuck pipes, find the right tools, match paint. We need more experienced staff in Doors and Windows, so we don't buy that here. Also, the color-matching machine in Paint seems to be down a lot, and some product was out-of-stock at the store for the Labor Day sale. But we were successful, thanks to the knowledgeable staff, finding workarounds for what we needed, and knowing what they did have in stock that we could find a color in. The paint quality is top, their Porch and Floor, and Behr Marquee exterior are the best. We get supplies for everything from home repair to arts and crafts projects here.

sometimes short of cashiers but otherwise ok

The self checkout credit card readers have not been functional for at least a month. Hand written signs tell you to insert card 3 times and after its denied each time you are supposed to swipe card which still does not work. Employee's suggestion is to rescan everything at a different machine. Management knows but has not fixed.

If you go in person & need help finding anything, good luck. I have waited 15-20 minutes AFTER having someone paged to dept. If there is a problem with your order you will get 4 or 5 different explanations. Store Manager, Jeff, neglected to tell me I needed to get a permit for a dishwasher installation, after telling me I had to get a plumber for it due to village regulations. Since I ordered online (to avoid the poor instore service) I was not informed of this requirement. I was told I should have gotten an email informing me, I did not. The plumber they arranged for didn't call to set up a time, just showed up & wouldn't wait 15 minutes for me to return home. Tried to scam me for double the cost of the permit, too. My refund for installation was decreased by $9 for "tax"! Since when is a refund taxed!? Manager still hasn't called me back about it 2 days later.

The credit card machines have been broken for 3 months. The self-checkout has most of it's lanes closed. If you order online, DO NOT PICK IT UP AT THIS STORE. It will be quicker to drive 15 minutes to another Home Depot store.

Poor staffing and those working there are more interested in chatting with fellow employees then helping customers. Minimal check out lanes open. For prices changed the service is horrible.

Exciting and clean environment! Very friendly and helpful!

My mom and I went in for thermometers. But noticed her key fob was dead. So we asked an employee for help near the batteries. But she was ignoring us as she was on her CELL PHONE. (Multicolored hair. Older lady. Didn't see name) she was laughing away. So she hung up and my mom asked again. She ignored us and started talking to a coworker passing her. So she then finally comes over with an annoyed look and asked what we needed. Mom said a battery for her fob but asked if she can help in any way to open the fob. She said no you need to pry it open. And she asked if anyone can help with it. She basically said no and walked away. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then my mom explains what she needed at the girl at self checkout and she called someone from hardware to open them up for her. He broke both key fobs. Then I go try to find thermometers. I asked two people and they just point at the garden center and tell me there. Which they weren't. The only person who was helpful was the last person I asked where to find these. she was watering flowers and walked with me around the store to find them instead of pointing me in the wrong direction. Every time I come in to this store I always have awful service. this wasn't the first time. We will no longer be coming here anymore.

Only 1 star because it's the lowest available. Hard to maneuver around store. Isles packed with displays. Contractor parking is a joke. It's like the wild west of just parking wherever there is room. Self checkout, really. Put me on payroll and then I will scan my own purchases.

Especially, the flooring depart is joke. The associates are rude and does not believe in customer service. My flooring order experience was horrible.

The credit card readers at this store consistently do not work. Three tries in the chip reader then a swipe. If the process fails, repeat. Extremely annoying and time consuming. I’d recommend not using a CC at this location. The self checkout lanes rarely are ever open nor do they consistently provide convenience. Purchased a product that was obviously used after opening the box. Had to return to repurchase a new item but there was nothing left. Finding an employee for window blind cutting or lumber cutting services was a chore in itself.

this store get the 5 Star...DREAN help me find everything I needed plus she read the box for me also she help me save money by showing me a better value product... she was very very helpful and nice

OVERALL THE STORE IS EASY TO SHOP ,AND IT HAS VERY GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW THE ANSWERS TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL JUST ASK FOR AJ !!! HE KNOWS A LOT !!!!!

I love this store. It is now spring, and they have the most beautiful flowers, trees, bushes, vegetables, the works! Makes you wish for a bigger yard. The employees are helpful and sweet.

Great customer service. But needs new self checkout machines.

Quan from the flooring department went above and beyond what was asked of him. He help located the supplies needed, measured and sawed baseboards and loaded the supplied in our car. Thanks for your help Quan!

Employees always friendly and helpful, especially Cheresse and Nate in the tool crib.

Associates are lack of knowledge, very unprofessional, they don't show any respect for customers. You can see how associates are in aisle using cellphones and talking to each others. But if you don't want to waste your time trying to find help just go to hardware and look for Angel, this associate is very professional and effective even if he has other clients, it is worth waiting for him to get good treatment. Store is not clean at all and cashiers are too lazy.

Literally, it's a roll of the dice if you will receive good customer service at the service counter. Unless Brian, Karen, or any other management personnel are around at the time, my experience have typically been subpar.

THE CAN USE SOME CLEANING, AND LESS STAFF WALKING AND TELLING THE MANAGERS WHAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO THAT'S VERY SAID, THAT'S BECAUSE MS DAISY, WRIGHT IS CARING EMPLOYEE LOOKS AT SHE CARE FOR JOB AND TE PEOPLE IF YOU HAD MORE PEOPLE LIKE MAYBE YOU COULD GOTTING 5 STAR
