The store is conveniently located, but otherwise the customer service is lacking.

My wife and I bought a house recently and we were in the market for a washer and dryer. We went in to look and Mary Kay broke down all the good sets and pricing. Later in the week we went back and Judd helped make a decision on color. We needed a stack kit so he reversed the doors so that both opened on the same side.

Great store! Has everything you'd expect for HD to have. I live shopping at this location.

We used to love going to Home depot for our home supplies, but lately the employees (about 75 %) are unprofessional, unhelpful, rude (one employee blocked my path on purpose - ill mannered) and behave as if the store is located in a crime area or something. Before one could walk around the store and check out the different products and sometimes we would return and purchase additional things around X-mas time. Now you can't even do that. This store is about the employees and not the customers. Bottom line you lose sales when you allow employees to treat its customers like the store is located in the projects or something with their street mentality. Seems like they hired all these African male security employees to run the place like its located in such an area. They need to be trained to conduct themselves respectfully, decently and politely to Home depot customers, otherwise lose sales. We do most of our shopping at Lowe's now. This Home Depot is actually in a decent area. Obviously Home Depot is clueless when it comes to customer service.

Double and triple count when being "helped" with loading items into your car. We were not given the right amount of a prepurchased item and now have to drive back to the store to get it. Also, the employee was less than friendly. Do not recommend this particular location.

Employees were not very helpful and the store is infested with mice. Not a great experience with a great brand.

Excellent store with highly knowledgeable employees, many of whom are former professionals in various home improvement trades. In-house instruction in a variety of home improvement skills is a key differentiating aspect of this chain.

I have found that the Thompson Lane store generally has better inventory of products, likely because more builders and home improvement professionals frequent this store. I do find this story a bot more 'cluttered' than the Bellevue store, but there expertise of associates are second to none.

Store was very neat and organized and clean. Store employs were ready to help with whatever you needed. Just wish you offered more Klein products. was very satisvide with my visit.

My Favorite Home Improvement Store!

Our sales person, Carl Bradley, in the appliance department was extremely helpful to us. We wanted to purchase a refrigerator but did not know much about the new ones. Carl guided us through every step and was patient as we asked a lot of questions. I was especially impressed with the delivery service. The follow-up and response was exactly on time. When they delivered our refrigerator we discovered it was too large for our opening. Our delivery man went through the options and he was EXTREMELY helpful and comforting. They moved the new refrigerator to the garage and I had the cabinet modified. A few days later another crew, from the same company, came back to install the new refrigerator and move the old one. They, too, were great to work with.

The survey makes you sign up for email garbage. There are core problems within the companies survey that don't let you form your words. At times, I run into great customer service, or end up with someone who doesn't want to be there. Industry wide HD has decades to make up. I have had a 50\50 chance on every visit. If I wasn't an expert in the business. I would be lost. I find myself helping customers who are over whelmed on most visits. My last experience was great. Also one with HVAC with ARS, and garden seems to be consistently friendly. Management has a long way to go since HD opened.

Carl Bradley in the appliance department went above and beyond to help us with the ordering of a refrigerator and washer/dryer set. We encountered many issues with our new Home Depot credit card, but he was patient and continued the process through with support of three other associates. After an hour and a half and many calls with the card holder hotline we were able to resolve all issues. We would not have received this kind of service elsewhere.

Store always clean and items are easy to find. Customer service very good.

Judd in Appliances was knowledgeable and prompt in his help though several people were looking around in the Kitchen & Bath area. He listened to what we were looking for, then showed us some options that were within our budget. Very good experience. We are confidence we made a good choice in our selection.

The staff was very helpful. I was able to get the sink I needed but no inch 1/4 drain in stock. two people tried to help me find a drain. the stock said that the store had 11 drains, none to be found. Thanks for all your help.

Although sales staff are not always very available, yesterday's experience was different. We found Corrine who was simply outstanding. Her service and sales assistance went beyond any expectation.

This is a new idea & fantastic for us men who chronically cannot hold onto receipts ! I applaud this fantastic idea & it has already helped me &I saved me money !!
