I have been wanting to buy a water heater blanket and visited the Allison Park store and found a Thermo King insulator. I am so glad I purchased it before the cold and snow hit! I am looking forward to seeing the savings.

This store (as most Home Depots) had the products I was searching for and at a competitive price, but a number of the areas are rather badly under lit making reading labels and pricing information sometimes hard to read.

My shopping experience was super terrific from beginning to end!!!! The sales associate saved me money and helped me byuy what I needed!!!

Your garden center is above and beyond the selection and quantity of the plants. The flowers I bought today were well cared for and ready for planting.

First time at this Home Depot, I was overwhelmed by the employees. Every single one I encountered asked if they could help- and I wasn’t lost or asking for help. I made a point to tell the manager what a great team he has.

It seems funny, but when your toilet breaks down, it’s nice to be able to go to a store that has a large selection of toilets and soft close lids for you to purchase and take home.

Thje Allison Park Store Had the Best Selection and Number of The Particular Abnderson Patio Doors I Was Looking For. Wish I had Known That The Greensburgh Store Did Not Have A Complete Door In Stock That They Were Supposed To Have In Stock on Hand., Other Wise . It Would Have Saved Myself Time ,Money and Wear and Tear On My Van To Just Go To The Allison Park Store.

I received our new GE refrigerator it is a large refrigerator and is just what we were looking for it was worth the wait. the employees we dealt with were very friendly and when we had an issue the person in charge made every right. the issue was with the old delivery company not the store.The new delivery people were very polite and respectful . I would buy here again!!!

I’ve just moved to a new home and as I needed paints and a few others item, I’ve gone a couple of times these days and I can say every single time I had a great experience with all staff.

Like the location and employees. Very helpful. The layout of the store is nice, comfortable, well lighted, open, airy. They have a good selection of products, and also easy pick up from on line orders.

Customer service rep clearly didn’t care about doing her job. Had an online purchase to return, with the shipping label, order and customer number on it, from Home Depot. She didn’t know how to do return without an order number. Didn’t know how to figure this out, there was an order number on it but not the correct one, she couldn’t figure out that a quick call to customer service with my provided number would give her all the info she needed. Did she care? NO, Did she try?? NO!!! She shrugged her shoulders said it couldn’t be done!!! Clearly I had purchased it through Home Depot had all the supporting documentation but lacked this one single number. Sent me away saying a return couldn’t be done. Took me all of 30 seconds with a customer rep upon my return home to get the info. Was she helpful??? Absolutely not. I expect better customer service, knowledgeable employees and someone that cares about doing good job. Zoey does not. She clearly doesn’t care about doing her job.
