The customer service in the garden department was phenomenal. I would like to commend both Miguel and Andrea for being so helpful. Andrea helped me find a cart and immediately directed me to the correct associate to help answer my questions. Miguel was kind, patient and knowledgeable, helping me build my garden from scratch. I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot!

Employees very helpful. Product purchased was Folex Carpet Spot Remover. This stuff is awesome. Researched carpet spot removers on the internet. This product cost less at the store than the prices on the internet.

I'm not from this area and just stopped in to pick up some pumpkins for Halloween since I was out here. I was greeted with an associate at the front door, who pointed me in the direction of the pumpkins, with a huge smile!! There was a great selection of pumpkins still. Being that we are a week away, I thought it would be dismal. Prices were posted and were very fair. I got to the register, and to my surprise, the pumpkins were on sale! I did self checkout and the associate there was very helpful and had a great attitude and smile! I will definitely recommend this store to others!! Thanks for a wonderful experience at your store!

the store was clean and organized so finding everything I needed was easy, I even got new ideas from the visual displays of information for each section of a well planned out home depot. Thank the planners who are responsible for the layout of the merchandise.

I walked all around the store to find a rooftop tv antenna. I asked an associate where they were. He sent me to the wrong aisle. I left without it. The last time I was in the store the cashier at the contractors desk was too busy having a personal conversation with another employee to bother checking me out. No contractors were waiting to be served and the other cashiers had multiple customers in line. His was the first line I came to on the way out of the lumber aisle. He couldn't be bothered and sent me to wait in another line rather than serve me.

Keeley was a wonderful associate to work with. I had a pricing issue and she took care of it promptly. I want to say thank you to Keeley for her great service.

Associates are knowledgeable and helpful except for the people in the Returns Section some of them are grouchy.

I rather be shop at Cypress stone. The Cypress store has better quality available.

It took them over 40 minutes to get a hot water heater out to me. Then they noticed they had rang me up rang up the wrong water heater. Causing me a loss of more time to correct it.

When I have to special order something I try to use this store. Brian Kojac in kitchen/bath cabinets has been a big help in the past and is easy to work with.

I have used The Anaheim store for several special cut wood jobs and for warehouse supplies. The staff here is extremely helpful.

This store has it all and is in a great location right off the 5 freeway! We have only been here a couple of times after moving to the area and are very excited to use it more and more! The associates always have a smile on their face and are always very helpful

Had to wander around the store for quit a while until I found what I was looking for. never did I find an associate to ask for assistance. This is very typical of my visits to The Home Depot. Most of the time, associates seem to avoid customers and not make themselves available nor do they walk around asking if you need assistance. Not so with the other major competitor.

i found what i wanted, the prices were fair, but could be lower.
