The store employees are over friendly and try to help you find what you need. Store is always clean. Never waiting in line long time to check out. Thanks good job

To whom it may concern I am a Project Manager with Progress Residential I the store very often making purchases for the company I work for and every time I have been to this location I have saw Alexis go above and beyond to help customers at the front end she always greets you with a smile and has a positive attitude it is employees like this that make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable I would like to thank Home Depot and Alexis for the service you provide

This store is clean, the associates are all helpful and attentive to my needs. You are made to feel important. The associates are very familiar with store policies, the products and work as a team.

wonderful place to shop

Consistently shows no interest in taking care of their customers. The last three visits it took over 30 min to get a simple item from the garden center. If they have to call for someone jsut get your money back it is not worth the hassle.

I really enjoy shopping at the Antioch- Home Depot! The staff is always helpful, patient, and very courteous! Also, they inventory is always stocked with the items I need!

The customer care department is the best.

I go to many of the Home Depot. stores as a contractor who spends over $100,000 a year in the Home Depot stores rather than Lowes or other hardware stores. I have found that the 100 Oaks store is the supreme being of all the Home Depot’s in the Nashville or middle Tennessee area. The store although the management tries their hardest has been a thorn in Home Depot. side. Specifically the older lady in the U scan today is very slow, not very attentive, has no idea what’s going on around her I go to many of the Home Depot stores as a contractor who spends over $100,000 a year in the Home Depot stores rather than Lowe’s or other hardware stores. I have found that the 100 Oaks store is the supreme being of all the Home Depot‘s in the Nashville or middle Tennessee area. The store although the management tries their hardest has been a thorn in Home Depot. side. Specifically the older lady in the U scan today is very slow, not very attentive, has no idea what’s going on around her (like today waiting 10 minutes with seven people in line and only 2 to 3 registers working, she waited 10 minutes to tell everybody in line that there was two open registers at customer service that people could go to. Those registers however also do returns as people walk in so the returns usually come first, also they’re working on other stuff like online orders and pulling orders etc. So to send someone over there is kind of a burden on the customer. Secondly she waited until the 7 to 9 people as they were going through the line got down to two people before she told us that. It would’ve been helpful When there was 7 to 9 people in line. Then when I got to the checkout she was nowhere to be found when I needed help to find a barcode on a roller cover that I could not locate. What a great employee the only one upfront aside from one other cashier when there’s 12 to 15 people in the front area trying to check out and then you just disappear when people need help. Maybe they need to find some better employees that can move a little faster and pay more attention.)when there was 7 to 9 people in line. Maybe they need to find some better employees that can move a little faster and pay more attention.), and she worries about gossiping with other employees rather than getting customers checked out swiftly and with a smile and letting them get on with their day rather than standing in line staring at you talk to one of your other girlfriends while we’re waiting patiently and you could be helping the customers that are in line check out faster. Out of all of the employees there are a handful of bad ones here. If the correct management would step up to the plate they could get rid of them and hire some good people that would bust tail and turn the store around. I know many of the other store managers in the Nashville area as well as the Atlanta and a couple North Carolina markets. A good manager can take this store turn it around and make a hugely profitable store where people want to come in rather than customers who use it as a convenience that hate to go there but it’s closer than the other ones so it saves time. They may take some pointers from the management staff at 100 Oaks Home Depot Todd Mrg.

Faster service and get everything we need

Very good store and team members knows their electric, plumbing, sheetrock and ect.

It is always great to see the number of employees in the store whenever I am there. Just wish they were more friendly and would acknowledge that they do have customers in the store; sometime they need help but don't get it unless the employee senses that they need some assistance.

Love this store , it's like in my backyard .

Staff was very helpful. Chris Atkinson helped us through the process of choosing our saw, and had a discussion about Italian food.

Dayton Green went over and above to help me find a plumbing piece. I always have a DIY project going on at my house and employees like Dayton and Gerald in the paint depot always make it a joy to shop there.
