The Antioch Home Depot is my location of choice because it always has what I need and the associates are all friendly and helpful.

KP helped me find my winter essentials and his energy was great.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for 2 years now and the staff is always extremely helpful, in particular Ms. Jackie in garden she has taught me so much about gardening, she’s extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her department. It’s always a pleasure to see her, I know I’ll get the help I need.

I came in early one morning just to browse and was greeted by Jackie. She was so friendly and helpful and I’ve never seen plants look so good in a Home Depot. She is taking such good care of everything. I’d drive past 3 other locations just to come if Jackie were working.

Great price on what I needed

I purchased a stackable Samsung washer & dryer. Decided to unstack the set & realized the screw in feet for the dryer were not given to me. Was told at the store that it was not unusual for the delivery people to not give customers those parts & I would have to purchase the feet for $150. Tried calling the Samsung customer & HD. Samsung could not find my order and after 45 minutes on the phone with HD call was disconnected.

For over 20 years this store has served me and my family. I am grateful for the Home Depot off Bell Rd and the cleanliness, deals, staff, and lineup of products. The garden center is my favorite!

I’m happy I went shopping at my local home depot in Antioch TN they had very good supplies and what even made the purchase better is the employee named Nyabana she was so helpful and kind and made sure every thing was perfect!!

Absolutely LOVEEEEEEE how close and convenient the Antioch store is to me and was very delightfully surprised at the products that The Home Depot carries.

Every time I go to the Home Depot on Bell Rd everyone is so helpful. To loading the car with mulch or asking if I need help to the self service Kiosk everyone is so friendly

I purchased hardwood flooring six years ago or more. My kitchen flooring was damaged. We were able to obtain the exactly same flooring due to Chris’ expertise.

Employees had no knowledge of products in the store .I was not greeted or offered any assistance. Employees had bad attitudes.

Went to get a device to help unclog my kitchen sink. I had found the product on the app and double checked that they had it in stock, but when I got there the spot was empty. Went to find an employee, & thank goodness they did have some but they were up atop the shelves still in shipping boxes. Either way I’m glad I was about to purchase what I went to get, but I wish it hadn’t taken so long due to the items not being stocked already.

This location is filled with employees who are not interested in customer service, and therefore shouldn't be interacting with humans.

I was able to rent a saw and buy the colonial trim moulding I needed to make a wall of trim boxes at a property. Incredibly fast and efficient. I love Home Depot being a part of my design installations.

I was in the store. It was night before today and I was returning an item and also looking for grow lights to overwinter my plants and the ladies were so kind they one of them. I don’t know her name went out, waved to go look and tell me exactly where I needed to go, and then she showed me, it was very good experience and other things that I was looking for all the employees if I asked someone they would look it up and tell me exactly what I needed to know so it was a very good experience and I felt so good that they see that they all seem to care Peace

You won’t find help from the staff. There is no effort for customer service. They’re just there.

Steve made our rental process easy and quick. He was straight to the point while showing us professional customer service. I appreciated this effort for making the rental process a breeze. Thank you, Steve.

I had to walk up and down several isles more than twice to locate specific cleaning supplies. The sales associate I spoke with didn’t seem to know or understand what I was looking for.

Love ut. Needs more cashiers and less self service

I needed rocks for a few small projects and found exactly what I was looking for. I did not have to go shop elsewhere to find. I got to go straight home after checking out.

I have visited Home depot at ANTIOCH Store many times and each time I have good experience. My recent visit at Millwork section is great. They are all friendly, caring.

I visit this home Depot frequently and have never had an issue with customer service everyone is so willing to help much appreciative for everyone
