Shopping experience great. Delivery experience horrible! The delivery was $80 to deliver a bathtub, shower walls and doors and a pantry. The store is less then 10 miles away. They told me the delivery would be between 6am and 8pm and that they would call 30 minutes before the delivery. At just before 11am I looked out my window to find all my stuff laying in my driveway/yard in the light rain(no phone call received and no knock at the door). I called to talk to them and all they offered was a sorry. I had to ask for a partial refund, and asked for a 50% refund of the delivery fee. They told me that they would not give me that much of a refund for "just a missed call". So much for making the customers happy. I think only asking for a 50% and not 100% was generous guess not. Will never pay for delivery again!

The store was very clean, and there is plenty of room to get down the isles. The employees there are always friendly and helpful. So far, every item I went to purchase was at the store. Checking out, is very easy.

The flowers are very fresh and competitively priced. I have had great luck with their roses this season. The staff is very friendly and anxious to help. Always available to answer any questions.

Employees are very helpful and they do not pretend, they are helping other customers and they did not see you.

I forgot to state our associates name in my survey- Michael H. Was phenomenal! He loaded 30 bags of pea gravel for us, the pallet broke so he had to get more, all while another customer was yelling at him for helping us instead of them- we were there first and had already paid. He was the best!

I shop at this Home Depot ever time I go to Ashtabula

We recently met with a kitchen designer and were very happy with not only the fact that we could set an appointment to meet with her to reduce our time in the store (we are trying to stay home to avoid COVID 19 virus). The woman was efficient, knowledgeable, did a beautiful design of cabinets of our choice and presented us with the printout of everything we needed. Thanks to her, we also qualified for a discount so she saved us money on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Home Depot, especially this woman. Very helpful.

I was very pleased with the employees knowledge about the riding lawn mower I purchased. The store had many tractors to choose from and he really helped me make the right choice.

I appreciate the military discount, but am confused sometimes I get it and sometimes I do not. I just spent $800 and did not get it?

Awesome shopping experience thanks to store associate Greg! Couldn't find an out of season item after shopping three stores. Greg looked it up on his computer and phone to determine where it was stored, grabbed another associate to help block the aisles, pulled the pallet down from a top shelf, and presented me with my item. Over the top customer service! Next time this store will be my first stop. Thanks so much Greg!

Two employees helped me in lighting today and one went so far as to help me with the bracket on the socket to be sure it would fit in the antique wall sconce I was attempting to rewire. This was the first time I was attempting this and his instruction and adaption of the socket was way above and beyond
