I was looking for a specific part to repair my customer’s kitchen sink. I needed a hand spray and hose that would work with my clients old faucet. Misty showed me a couple of options. When I got to the job-site the parts actually fit and worked properly.

Nice, clean, friendly. Pretty good selection of things I was interested in purchasing.

Don’t have any problem with the store sometimes don’t have a lot of product in stock have to go to a bigger store

I have been to the Home Depot in Ashtabula several times. Always the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! A fantastic store!

I regularly shop this Home Depot for my project & Home maintenance projects. Routinely find what I'm looking for and at very competitive prices. Store is well lit, well organized, and has a very friendly/helpful staff. Nice selection of tools to shop and well stocked in lumber. In the rare event they don't have what I need in store, they can get within days. Really enjoy shopping here.

I came in to order a refrigerator. Was greeted by appliance specialist Robin. She helped me order my product and was very thorough.

I bought my lights for my house. They are outdoor lights. Three days ago was so happy with my purchase. The lights will be installed this coming week. I will add a photo then.

Great service all around from entering the store making my purchase and leaving quite satisfied about my purchase of Washer and dryer , delivery, and installation...Every one was pleasant and happy to assist me and even brought me a chair when my back was beginning to flare up again.. no treason to run store to store. I highly recommend.

We purchased an air conditioner and the employees were very helpful with picking the right one.

I buy several bags of Cypress Mulch every year but this year I was sold wet old discolored mulch

Every time I’ve been to this location I’ve been greeted and treated kindly. It’s always stocked. There’s a Gentleman by the name of Dan that has helped me multiple times. He needs a raise! No matter the department, he knows all about it! Thanks!

Saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

We bought a washing machine. Sales clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially impressed at delivery service. It was delivered 2 days after we ordered and the delivery guys were excellent. They were very efficient, knowledgable and hard working. Quickly took out old machine and set up new machine. I was doing laundry a half hour after they arrived.

We ordered a bundle package set of appliances on Black Friday. We had to wait until partway into January to receive them. Not only did we not get them once but even on the second time they tried to deliver our appliances- they had never been placed on the truck. We drove from 70 minutes away as we are not from this area not once but twice! Do not order appliances from them. They have very poor communication with the delivery people who are contracted from a different area.! I also wanted the one appliance that I purchased to go 2 miles away at another Airbnb, but they refused to do that even though I had stated from the beginning, I would pay an additional fee. So we rented a U-Haul to get the refrigerator over to the other Airbnb, but again none of the appliances were on the delivery truck! And the first time they came they only had two of the appliances, but refused to set them up because The stove shut off for the gas was in the basement and the dish water line went to the basement since it was not right next to the sink and they stated they were not allowed to go in the basement. We were not informed of this whatsoever and again they still didn’t have all the appliances on the truck the first time! Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and by the way, we did call two different times to double check our order since we were paying for the U-Haul which we were only getting because they refused to deliver the refrigerator to the other address for us. Never again!

Was in stores last week. Lorrie in appliances was excellent. Helping me decide on a refrigerator. She was patient an helpful with measurements on what brand that would fit right in the smaller space I have

bought a large gas snow blower thru Home Depot.com recently and am very happy with it, recently purchased a Dewalt "electric snow blower/broom" and likewise am very pleased with it.

It was smooth in and out.

I will no longer shop a Home Depot, I will be hacking your credit card. Not thank full for your service.

You can guess by the title....I often don't complain much but this time I was borderline harassed by employees and then not allowed to perform self checkout. I assume by my AGE and LOOKS. No other possible reason why as the employee proceeds to ASK the next gentleman for if he needed help....haha what a joke.

The pro section is amazing always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they can help The people in paint are great customer service desk people are a great help when I need to return or just need help other departments have some good people in them as well department managers are always willing to help ashtabula now has a good team of managers

The majority of the Home Depot’s that I visit have employees who will help, but always seem to have a chip on their shoulder when they do. This location is the exact opposite. Instead of having to hunt a person down to help me, I was offered help multiple times and nobody seemed unhappy about it. It was refreshing to have people willing to go out of their way and openly engage with me without an attitude. I will gladly stop at this location when I am in the area, which is frequently.

Wide brown roll paper on orange cart in contractor area entrance was absent. Manager knew nothing. Employees were clueless. There is actually a decal on the cart diagramming the instructions for the wide brown roll paper. This paper has been offered free to the customer as a courtesy for various convenience purposes of keeping vehicles clean during transport of purchases and other uses. In it's place was a small useless roll of red plastic instead.

I was in the market for an electric stove with coils. Unfortunately they only have one on display. I'll have to shop online. That was a disappointment.
