Needed help finding something and a employee directed us to the area where we needed to go , store is well organized and clean and well stocked.

This store is always very friendly and helpful and they seem to know all the answers to our questions!!!

Things were easy to find. People were kind and very helpful. They even helped me save money . being on a fixed inncome and having repairs to do was a god send. Thanks so much. I will be back.

poor customer service

Every single employee that I walked past or walked past me, greeted me with a friendly Hello and asked if I needed help. No other store compairs .

I shop this store all the time, each time I go in the team is always friendly and helpful. I have been very happy with the products I have purchased from big ticket items (riders, snow blowers and kitchen remodel) to the smallest nut and bolt.

Found the Store to be very neat and clean and the employees to be very helpful and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I found that I would rather shop at Home Depot rather than the competitors.

In the process of moving into our very first home we stopped at Home Depot in Bay City. We had a big list of random household items and zero sleep and not much energy for a Sunday. Every employee we spoke with was super friendly, happy to help, and they knew the answers to our many questions.It was like walking into a small town store. It also should be noted that it was not difficult to find an employee. We checked out and a couple items had barcode issues. Three women at the front of the store jumped in to help us even though they were busy with other tasks. Lorraine was one of the ladies. We bought a trash can and Kelly with a Y believed there was a coupon. We had no idea. Kelly with a Y got the coupon book and sure enough there was! She saved us $7.00. She didn't have to look at the flyer or check for a coupon, she did it to help us, not knowing us at all. That was the overall mood at the store. We laughed with the employees too, and it made a stressful house move, not so stressful for a moment. We will definitely be back in the future.

I would give them 5 stars all day every day.Never have a problem finding what Im look for,and if I do I don't even need to know the name.I tell them and they know what im talking about.Friendly and willing to help

Very unhappy with Home Depot, Bay City. On August 16, 2019, I went to pick up an order. When I got there, I was assured that everything was included, although the lady helping me stated that she didn't think it was, but the guy helping her, assured me and her that it was. When I got to the job site, I found that I was in fact missing something, the screws. I ended up buying them from another place. When I went back to inform them that I had in fact been missing the screws and needed to be reimbursed, I was told there was a $30 restocking fee. Not sure why you have to pay a restocking fee on something you never received.

The go to person at this store is Nancy in the electrical department , she is very knowledgeable about the entire store!
