I was at the lawn and garden section ( outside) of this store, and in no time, a helpful young man approached me and asked what I needed, then he advised me what to get for my needs. He was informative, but not overwhelmingly feeding me with garden education (hah!) He also instructed me how to check out , and he and another associate took care of the loading of my purchase into my car. I asked for their names for good reviews because of their fast and efficient work- plus good demeanor.

Amber in lumber is the Best

This store always has what I need, I did encounter a rude girl with glasses behind the paint counter, but a gentleman stepped in and was very friendly and helpful.

We buy most of items from this store for home improvements, fairly satisfied. Most of the workers are very helpful. This guy took his time finding me a cart for the patio chairs I was purchasing, I was very thankful.

I am redecorating one of my bathrooms which does include painting. I wouldn't buy any other brand then... BEHR. I am always happy with it.

Rude cashier that denied the disabled veterans discount I’ve been getting on everything I buy there for years. Aisles jammed with junk. Couldn’t navigate a lumber cart through the lumber department because of it.

I have been shopping at the Bay City, Mi. Home Depot store for several years to improve my home and yard and have always received the best recommendations and advice. The team of associates and managers in Bay City are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to customers and each other. It’s such a pleasure to shop somewhere where the employees are outgoing and happy to assist customers. I will continue to shop at Home Depot and strongly recommend my family and in-laws to do so also.

I purchase a great deal of products from this particular store. It is very handy to my residence. But concerning the return policy - it is extremely liberal but I do have a receipt, so I have never experience a 'turn away'

I've been to Home Depot in Bay City twice now this week getting supplies to decorate my store! (Too much for me to haul at once) I have had such awesome help, most notable was Troy! Was a great manager you have in him! All the employees were amazing from the cashier to the fork truck driver. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!

Every single time I’ve visited this store over the last 10+ years I’ve been very pleased with my visit.

I have been looking for kitchen cabinet hardware for several months. Today was the last day I had to find the hardware. I was extremely surprised and happy to find the perfect hardware. I love the unique color combination (black and nickel) and the quality.

Whenever I go into this location I know I'll be able to find what I need, and the staff is always there to help.

Employees regularly avert their eyes so as to not make eye contact do they don't have to help you. I watched employees tuck around corners so they didn't have to help. Employees like to socialize in groups and act upset when you have to ask for help.

The Bay City location is always clean and stocked and the employees are so pleasant and helpful!
