Had an amazing experience. Employees were extremely helpful. I went in for a bunch of keys. The employee that assisted me did so while keeping an upbeat and sociable demeanor for what is obviously a tedious task. They had everything that I needed in stock and in the appropriately labeled shelve location. The cashier was friendly and helped me to check out in a very timely manner. Keep up the excellent work!

I took my mom to this store to research and purchase a dishwasher. At some stores, we get attitudinal associates or some that just don't want to assist us. The gentleman that sold us a dishwasher was pleasant, patient, answered the questions I prepared in advance about brands and was very kind to my Mom who was suffering from back pain. He also called to follow up about delivery. We are and African American family and I work in Human Resources, so I take note of the customer experience and how associates behave. I have to say that the gentleman that work in the dishwasher section are very charming and helpful

I love going to the Bel Air Home Depot , it's easy to get in and out of this store and service is always great.

One of my favorite toy store's.. oh i meant tool store's. If the home depot was open 24/7 for nocturnal people such as myself they would be unbeatable.... G. Jr.

I enjoy my trips to the Home Depot. First of all, I commend the staff/management for helping the public with recycling things that can't go anywhere else, like the batteries and fluorescent bulbs; I know someone there is taking care of these items so that they won't wind up in a landfill! I have never had any issues with any employee, and as a matter of fact, I usually appreciate the pleasantries we exchange. There are so many items available here, and yet, I can always find a person who can help me find whatever I haven't been able to! I wish all stores had such a high standard of personal attention!

Excellent customer service and carries the items that I need ... great selection of wild bird food. including meal worms .. which birds love!

Went to Home Depot to purchase a jump starter, tire inflator, generator. I received the best help from friendly people at my visit. Could not have asked for friendlier staff. Great service and bought what I needed for an affordable and good price.

The items we were looking to purchase were available and easy to find. The associates were available if needed but we didn't feel they were stalking us throughout the store. The cashier was very outgoing.

The Bel Air MD store is clean, bright, well and neatly stocked. A big plus is that assistance and great customer service is/are offered from every friendly associate you pass! Lots of kudos to Home Depot for making it a friendly and helpful place to shop for all of your household needs.

I always find what I need and there is always something in the store to help improve your home plenty of tools and other things to accomplish any tasks needed around the home. The Staff is always friendly and helpful. All around great store!

Great store with a lot of new products. Just wish they would have more than Appliances in their sales flyer.

I have never had a bad experience in the Bel Air Home Depot. My latest experience being no exception. We did the whole purchase washer, dryer and refrigerator questions answered invoice in hand in less then half hour.

Michelle in appliances was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Great sales and excellent prices!

Had to get a mikenew hot water heater and was helped out immensely by Sean. He was really knowledgeable about the units and made an extra effort to get me what I needed. He did a great job and I really appreciated him walking me thru everything.
