This store has both helpful and experienced employees who are willing to share suggestions and ideas with customers when asked.

Employee in paint dept wore her mask below her nose. I asked her to pull it up. She never spoke to me or offered an apology.

This store is always clean. The customer service and floor reps are always very polite, helpful, and willing to help any customer in need. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I receive here. The only thing I would recommend is to keep it more fully stocked than it tends to be sometimes! I come to this store all the time, and fortunately the online service is quick and easy!

I would recommend this store. Customer service is friendly, the employees are helpful and the store is easy enough to find what I need.

#2506 Bel Air Home Depot is a clean and well-stocked store. My employee was a pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Raheem Ames who stayed with me for the entire shopping experience which was very much appreciated by an 80 year old shopper!

Jeff and his team went above and beyond to locate an item for me that did not have a location marked yet. The item was marked available on line, but had just arrived in the store the day before. They were determined to search until we found them. Three other stores would not even bother to look for them item. Shoot out to the Bel Air team for being so friendly and helpful!

Belair Store is always well stocked. If they don't have what you are looking forward, they will try and locate the item at a nearby store. as well, they will make offer to assist you in ordering the item online. Several employees throughout the store are always looking to assist you and direct you if you have questions about products you are trying to locate.

Horrible lumber, worst of the worst plywood and studs. Hardware items empty in many areas. A disgrace to home improvement shopping stores.

Although my address was messed up then refrigerator appliance person told me on telephone it was corrected when HD customer service telephone rep said it wasn't (she called store)I still love the customer service desk team!!! Train the weekend appliance rep because I didn't have mistakes when I ordered washer/dryer ONLINE!! They stress ordering appliances in store then no more mistakes!

Today we went to get our Christmas tree at Home Depot. We were looking around for a while and thought we had decided on one of the smaller trees. My husband suggested we do one last check on the other side of the outdoor area. As we were leaving the cashier stopped us and told us that we could pick any tree we wanted for free! We didn't think she was serious but she told us her manager said to have us pick any tree we wanted. She said it was just because it was Christmas and wished us a very Merry Christmas! During this difficult time it was so unexpected and so heartwarming to have received this show of kindness- especially from a big retailer that I'm sure has suffered some during this time as well.

Andrea is the best ever!! She was super helpful and friendly and the store manager is the best! Wish everyone were as nice and helpful as these two. Made my day.

This store is always clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. I don't care for the parking lot but I do enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. My microwave stopped on Saturday. I went to Home Depot on Sunday. Kenneth in small appliances was very helpful. I bought a new microwave in less than 30 minutes. The contractors delivered and installed my new microwave on Wednesday. You can't get much better than that!

This store always has sufficient personnel willing to assist but Ms. Coretta is amazing! Her energy is extremely helpful when in most cases one is approaching customer service with an issue. Her demeanor and willingness to help mitigate a situation keeps the stress to a minimum. In this time of anxiety she reminds us that a little patience and kindness goes a long way!

Great employees, well kept, great signage making it easy to navigate to find products and great selection of products. Especially love the holiday decoration displays.

I really like going to this store except for two reasons, it's always to damm busy, parking can be an issue, and help in the store is some what sparse at times. We go to the Edgewood store just because the amount of traffic at the Bel Air store, please build a store in the upper part of Harford County. Maybe Hickory, I am sure there are enough customers to support both, or find a way to draw more people to the Edgewood store.

If you need any item at this store, and cannot find it on your own, simply ask for DALE. He is a wonderful employee at this store, and he will go out of his way to assist you, when others may not! A great representative for Home Depot...wish he worked at the Aberdeen store!

Fast efficient and no line to speak of three times this week that I have been there.

GREAT SELECTION AND ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR!! I have about a 45 minute drive into 'town' from where I live. I know I can always rely on this store to have what we need, and, if they don't have it, always an offer to have it shipped or shipped to store for no additional cost. Only concerning thing I would mention is the parking lot is a little 'close quarters'. This is nothing against the employees (who are always pleasant and helpful), but more of a corporate thing in how the area is always cluttered with extra product, carts, nursery carts, mulch, rental trucks and rental equipment...

Needed Keys made. Asked pro desk to get me the key guy. Pro desk paged him. Nobody showed. Young guy on the pro desk kept his eye on me. When no one showed he came and made my keys. Never had to ask for more help or where the key guy was. The young guy on the pro desk just shifted gears and handled it. BRAVO!!! :)

The Belair Home Depot is always well stocked. They have a great team of associates that are always willing to lend a hand, or give advice, on what you might need, or what you absolutely should get. The stores always well-kept and they seem to have enough staff, even on the busiest of Saturdays and Sundays

The store is clean and the staff is extremely helpful all the time.
