Am. Happy with variety of plants?

We were able to get 4 appliances on sale for a great price.

They are very kind and helpful there. They greet you when you come in ask you if you need any help let you know what all it’s in. Make a suggestion if you have a problem a question. i’ll be out to your car if you need it tell you have a great day. I enjoyed shopping there. They truly a friendly part of Homedepot.

Store shelves are always stocked, convenient location and parking, friendly and helpful staff.

I will never make another purchase at Home Depot The item failed and Home Depot did not back it up

When to buy a tractor but I have to wait for over 20 minutes to get a salesman .when he arrived I learn that he did have a knowledge of the tractors and he referred to customer service there once again have to wait until a woman asked what we need she referred to your Aberdeen stiore

I went to Home Depot looking to buy a dishwasher. It was listed for $398.00...I decided to get one. After the salesman was done adding on extras, ( delivery, instillation...several cords and $50 to take the old one, the dishwasher came to a grand total of over $700 ! Nearly double !!! Then I was told that there would be conditions...if we have plastic piping they couldn't install it Well, it did have plastic piping and the man came in and said he couldn't install ...my daughter who is in construction said that all newer homes have plastic piping. I had to go out to Best Buys and buy a dishwasher from them. Home Depot already billed my account and had to get that off. If Best Buys didn't have any trouble installing it , then why couldn't Home Depot ??? Never again for Home Depot ...

Waiting in small line to pickup my order wasn't too bad, but a simple acknowledgement would be beneficial.. Once getting to the counter it'd been nice if the employee didn't act like I was bothering her in picking up my online order.. Acting in that manner makes one want to take their business elsewhere

Manager was terrific. Did not get her name but she was a former u.s, Marine!

My wife and I purchased a new refrigerator through Kenneth at the appliance department. We have worked with Kenneth before, and we like his demeanor, expertise, knowledge, and helpfulness. This refrigerator will be the fifth appliance we purchased working with Kenneth. He is a valuable employee to the 2506 BelAir Home Depot.

I was going to buy a new dishwasher but there were too many reasons that they couldn't deliver. I'll remember that the next time I look for another appliance.

Did not install my washer and dryer, when someone said they would call me back in 5 minutes, the home depot driver said he couldn’t wait, and left! I’m so disappointed in Home Depot!!!

I had a list of many items…… I was all over the store and several times asked for location of a product…..employees were very eager to help me….. so nice. At checkout AMY assisted me with my order….. she mentioned the benefits of Home Depot’s credit card and even gave me a brochure…….

Home Depot of Bel Air is the Disney World of hardware stores. Always look forward to going. Always enjoy the experience. Never hesitate going back. The nicest part of a project.

Purchased a 24" Troy Built snow blower on clearance. Its a good machine, but when I got it home I discovered the original price on the clearance tag was for the 26" unit making my purchase only a fair deal rather then a great deal. The clearance tag was removed before I left the store so I have nothing to go back on. Watch these people and verify all their information before you leave the store.

I was greeting upon entering. The employees asked if she could help me find anything. She looked up the aisle where it was located which was very helpful.

We were sold an expendive sliding glass door they knew had a known lock defect. Have gotten the run around for weeks and a lot of finger pointing. I will never purchase anything they have to install.

Laminate we purchased a month ago was installed today. We could be any happier with the entire experience.

When I approached the right area I asked two gentlemen standing there if they could help me find a door bell. They said, my name is ding and associates name is dong. I was impressed with there humor! It made my find pleasant!

Was looking for a particular 50lb bag of rock salt that the website clearly had of +200 quantities of. Employee at customer service was quick to say and cut me off mid sentence, that all they carry is what I see on the floor. Didn’t bother looking up anything and checking inventory. I ended up getting on what was in front of me and costing more.

Alex from Lumbar provided exceptional service. He helped me select the best product for my application and even offered to cut some of the wood products I purchased. Throughout the entire experience, he was both professional and courteous. Shannon also stepped in to assist promptly when I needed additional help.

You have me fill out a survey about how friendly your associates are and if they helped or greeted me (which was NO then y oh funnel me into a self checkout line. You suck.

The rearrangement of light bulb location needs better overhead lighting….. badly!

Every time either my wife or myself shop at the Bel Air, MD store, we always walk away with a good feeling, primarily based upon the treatment we receive from the entire work staff. They are all well schooled in Customer Satisfaction.

I needed some metal roofing material for a shed project. What was normally carried in stock was out of stock, so I visited the pro desk to inquire about when more will be in stock. Chris, one of the pro desk folks, not only found the in-stock item out back, but he said I could order any color I'd like in any length. And that's exactly what we did. He helped with all of the measurements and materials needed for the project, placed the order and I had what I needed within days. Delivery was great... no damage, well packaged and protected. I felt like Chris went above-and-beyond for me, even though I'm not a professional (just a handyman around the house). Thank you, Chris!
