Our Bethesda store is a pleasure to shop at. There is always an employee to answer your questions or to direct you to the correct source.

Home Depot is my neighborhood hardware store. For some reason, I spend lots of time checking out the store products each time I shop here. It somehow fascinates me. I have a passion for home improvement and gardening. I work as a house manager/ family assistant and with this work, I take care of every household needs and garden essentials so Home Depot is always the place to get things for the home... Over the years, I noticed Home Depot have invested a lot on hiring better employees. Although, most of the time, employes are very friendly, but it all seems nowadays, everyone is friendlier and more knowledgeable of their products. That is important in running a business. Home Depot definitely have expanded its inventory. I am fascinated by how many species of plants are on display this year! It is nice to see new kinds of flowers. Also, the lightbulbs seemed to have all become so different, updated looks are awesome! The appliance center, the kitchen cabinets, everything has improved. So far, my experience shopping here is always good. Parking may need improvement but I'm not sure how that could be possible in this section of town. Well done , Home Depot. I will be back soon, I know!

Sabrina works at customer service, she is outstanding employee at this homedepot. she was able to help me check on the product stocks and place the order online for me. very friendly/patient to all customers. I am definitely come back to this store because of her.

Tony Duncan, Millwork Specialist is the one to ask for when purchasing doors or needing to place a special order. He is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. By researching all of the brands Home Depot represents, Tony helped me determine the best interior french doors to use in a 36" opening. He returned my phone calls, sent emails with options and was in the store when I placed the order.

Best customer service

Super Customer Service from Cashier Ann working in Customer Service area located at the store entrance. Ann is knowledgeable, always friendly and always helping customers get what they need. Whether I am shopping early in the day or late at night, I can count on employees like Ann to help me if I require assistance. She is just as nice and friendly to customers at the end of her shift as she is early in the workday. After spending a full shift standing on her feet all day/night, that is very impressive. Keep up the great job performance and THANK YOU ANN!

this store is the nearest hardware store for us so we go here often. Today I had to return something and Evelyn waited on me. She was a delight. Super friendly and engaging, she made the entire return process easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.

Not only is the location convent but the employees are alway's helpful and friendly

Maria always delivers Excellent Customer Service to me, my staff and family when we shop at the Bethesda Home Depot. 'First Rate' staff like Maria always help us find those 'hard to find' items, provide us with useful and good information about potential purchases, and checks us out fast...all of which makes for a positive and effortless shopping experience. Bethesda Home Depot makes all the other 'Big Box' stores look amateurish by comparison. It's the store's high quality employees, like Maria, and Kimberly in the Returns/Customer Service/BOPIS dept., who make this store stand out from all the others. The fact that the store is clean, well lit, always stocked with plentiful quantities of products, and the staff are friendly and helpful, makes it even better. Store spotless and during shopping many apron people asked if I needed any help, true service! Items purchased easily found & in good supply & great price. Best experience was returns "Evelyn" quickly handled my refund so easy after I swiped my credit card & she did the rest. Evelyn was efficient and respectful and great sense of humor. She explained how important it was to give excellent customer service, which seems to be the philosophy throughout the store. Parking lot too small!

I have consistently found my shopping experience to be positive at the Bethesda Home Depot. I usually have very specific questions that relate to my work as a estate manager. In addition to getting educated about the right product for the job, I always come away with the feeling that the employees are on my side and willing to take the time to talk through my concerns. It is definitely my 'go to' place every week of the year.

Those guys who say they work for vendors work SUPER hard and sometimes know the store better than the associates!

store employees are nice but the parking is the worst I have ever seen, if you are lucky to find a spot that a truck or van that is not used for storage on this property then it would be easy getting in and out. This store is kind of small so you will not find everything but the employees will help you find which store your looking for has it in stock.

I have given two or three reviews in this report. All I can add at this point is that Frank F. made me happy that I needed the item I bought and made me happy that I was a little too early to check out the near-by Sears. He is the best sort of representative to the public any retailer might ask for.

Great Xmas tree Dept!!!!!

This store is terrific because of Elijah in flooring, he is so awesome, smart and helpful. He used to manage the paint dept, so he knows paints well to, love this guy!
