Ran into HD to pick up a Riobi jig saw and a roll of low voltage wire. Waited at locked up cages for someone to help. Both items took close to 20 minutes to find someone who could open the cages. After asking multiple HD employees for help and them telling me they would get someone to help and no one showing up, I realized my quick trip in was going take an hour out of my Saturday.. if you have to lock things up because of theft, put somebody there that can quickly get what you need and on your way. I have been a Hme Depot shopper for 20 years and this is the first time the shipping experience sucked.

If they answer then you get caught in the getting transferred business or no one picks up the phone. Pathetic. Poor service.

Employees simply don't care and act like zombies especially the ones working the checkout coral. I don't know what you call the ones who are constantly blocking the aisle, chatting and sorting stuff into wrong bins all day and every day. The checkout corral only has half of the registers working. The card readers can't read your card and you have to keep reinserting your card.

Although not the norm for HomeDepots, the Bethesda store has gotten much better at customer service. I was especially awed by the excellence of Angela who works with doors and flooring, but is actually quite knowledgeable about what seems to be every item in the store. Her patience with customers, ability to answer all questions thoroughly, and lovely personality makes for great shopping experiences in the Bethesda store.

Today was another example of how home dept makes doing business more difficult. The customer service rep had the personality of a brick, when the antipathy was not present. It was painful. Don’t want me to shop her, just say so.

Use the app to find what you want. The shelves are generally full. The associates do not care to help you. They are too busy talking to each other.

Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Store is clean and organized. Brandon, Prasad, Meek, Michelle, and Steve are awesome.

This HD has a drive-thru for mulch and similar heavy garden products, where an employee will load the bags into your vehicle.

This is my go-to store. I enjoy going there. Yes the parking is a little tight but that is just a reflection of how much the tradesmen like going to this specific store - great staff and service. The only hit I want to highlight is that their Electrical Tool Section is pretty pathetic looking. Half the section is just empty. Nothing. Nada.

I came in recently to order a non-stocked item (marine grade plywood). Peter at the pro desk was incredibly helpful in both finding the item, and getting me the best available price.

Was unwilling to help me regarding a 10 dollar coupon so I will be returning 200+ dollars worth of merchandise because of him. If home depot keeps more people like him be prepared to go out of business

Good store. The Cashier MAILA seems to be friendy and care about customers, Very organized store good design to facilitate customers to help themselves and easily find what they need even to customers without knowledge in construction or without being handyperson.

Frank at the Home Depot in Bethesda was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was purchasing a replacement fridge that had suddenly died. He did not try to sway me to purchase anything beyond my budget which I so appreciate.

Isle 8 is where screws and bolts, etc. are found. The shelves, drawers, etc, have become so bad that I found two customers pulling up seats and fixing the drawers....

I Like the cashier. Mayra at the Pro Desk, she was very friendly and helpful. She asks me questions about my purchase and greeted me with a smile. That is someone that is committed to her job and likes what she is doing. Lucky HomeDepot to have someone like her!!!

So glad to have this Home Depot in Bethesda. Staff is friendly and will help you find what you need. They updated their checkout lines and it seems more streamlined(and secure). Management seems involved in ensuring things go right.

I bought a washing machine from sales person Sharon Lee. She was very helpful and professional. Definitely would buy from her again.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and all of the employees were great in offering if I needed help. Especially Evelyn, she was very helpful and friendly and seemed to have great knowledge of the store. Will be coming here again!
