Whenever I need paint assistance, I look for Dan in the paint department. Dan has saved me many times over, always steering me towards the right products, and the right approach. Good products, good prices (although, not always on sale) and good customer service.

I always use the app to see what I need is in stock and what isle/bay it is in so I'm in and out of the store! The only complaint is the contractor/pickup area is small and is always packed with vehicles...

The associate at the front entrance is very knowledgable and helpful. It saves me so much time! It is my first choice when I need hardware products!

I will admit that I have always been a Lowe's shopper. I happened to find myself tagging along on a Home Depot run with someone and found exactly what I have been looking for. I was able to locate an associate that guided me right to the isle I needed and I was able to find the product I needed. The variety was fantastic and allowed me to find a quality product within my budget (without sacrificing my style/taste). The quality of the product purchased has surpassed my expectations. The staff availability, store layout, quality and selection of product as well as pricing has made me a Home Depot customer. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

Every time I shop at Home Depot in John Son City , NY I am always assisted by friendly associates who make my shopping experience a breeze. I get in and out quickly with all of the items I need to complete my projects.

Gil in the lumber department went out of his way to be helpful. My Mother is 92 and was with me. She wanted a special size board cut to fit her puzzle table. He was so patient and kind. Cut the wood, then carried it to the register and then out to the car.Talk about customer service! He represents the Home Depot very well!

I am currently working on an entire home remodel. I went into the Johnson City Home Depot expecting to be able to complete 80-90 percent of my list in this one trip. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to fill 100% of my four page list, with exceptional ease. The assistance that I received was a wonderful surprise. The associate that assisted us was extremely helpful in all departments, showed a great amount of patience with me while choosing my items and very thorough and efficient when entering my order on their system. He also assisted in obtaining the financing that I was looking for. I could not have completed my order in such a timely fashion without his knowledge of the store and their products.

Store was very clean and Associates were very helpful. I was looking at new cabinets and associate was very helpful and stayed longer to help us figure out what we needed.

Johnson City, NY Home depot store has pride in its' cleanliness and the pleasantness of their sales associates. The sales associates are always available for directing customers to the correct product aisle and are available for any questions a customer may have about product availability and its' use. The cashiers are always pleasant and and apologize for any wait a customer may experience. They always wish each customer to have a good day .

We worked with an associate for over an hour & she was very helpful and gave us the time that we needed to make our decisions. Every associate that we came across acknowledged us by asking how we were doing or if we needed help. I felt that everyone went above & beyond in helping us.

I went in with an issue from an online visit and the employees were more than ready to help me figure out what went wrong and figure out what I needed to do next. They listened to my problem and referred me to the correct specialist to help me solve the problem and complete my purchase to my satisfaction.

This store is always stocked well, employees are always helpful and friendly, the only issue I have ever had is that there are merchandise displays in the ilses

I was looking for a rain gauge (gift) and the associate gave me the lowdown on all available products, ranging in price from $10 to $100. He was friendly, funny and made my experience at Home Depot enjoyable.

I have had the need to drop in to various Home Depot stores across the country and I must say that I find the store in Johnson City to be among the best, that in terms of cleanliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the sales associates and ease of getting to and from the store.

Bathrooms could have been more accessible. Clean store.
