Jerri and Kat were very helpful with getting my microwave out to the car when all the people called were busy with other things. The manager was good at addressing and explaining the military discount. Shelia made the necessary adjustments as needed and explained the policy clearly which was different than what my husband was told the day before by a different clerk. We are satisfied with the way this issue was handled and grateful to have our new microwave up and working. We had the same model for 4 years before the starter gave out on us several days ago.

Kat checked me out and she was very pleasant to deal with!!

Kat was so helpful today! I needed a new grill at the cabin. She had no idea I was a widow and had never pulled a trailer let alone hauled something! She helped me load it and suggested we lay it on it's side - brilliant! Kat helped my tie it down and made me feel comfortable the grill was safe. I went to the self check out. It did not like me scanning the grill. You could calm down on the number of times the machine says "Customer Needs Assistance":) The person working the self checkout was so helpful and got me on my way. Thank You for a great experience today.

Excellent service and friendly staff

Went there to buy 110 2x6x10 boards, the two guys helping me had a hard time trying to figure out how many boards they needed to take off of the bundle of 189. They subtracted and removed boards three times before they got it right...math must be hard!!!!!

Trying to purchase 3 items well over one thousand dollars, waiting over an hour and half for help. After being at customer service asking for help again telling us there isn't an associate to help us, ready to leave the store this very nice fellow walking by heard us said he would try to help us. His name was Terry. He was so helpful and patient and should be recognized as a valued associate. If not for him probably would never shop there again.

The customer service was awesome. I came in with a DIY gas and plumbing project for my Skoolie conversion tiny home. From my first question to detailed help with creating the water tank system and help at check out it was awesome. The team members were professional, helpful, and on board with making my project possible by spending so much time with me. They were even able to help others as they tag teamed together. This was the BEST shopping experience at Home Depot EVER.

I will never return to this store. The employees stand around chatting well customers try and load large heavy items by themselves. Count on no help of any kind at home depot. I would have spent thousands more but the store could not be bothered with simple customer service.

This store is always tidy and the employees are always so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here for all your home and business improvement needs. I’ll be back many times.

This location is staffed with very pleasant and helpful people that don't "hover". Store is always clean and well-stocked, as is the rental department. It is our preferred home improvement store by far.

Asst Mgr Dean took time to listen to my request and explained store policy to me. He worked out what I needed and had appliance salesman Derrick personally call me to get specifics about the item I needed. Taking considerable time, Derrick made sure everything was the way I wanted it and set up the free delivery. He really listened to me and was easy to understand. I could trust what he told me. That’s very important to me.

Nice the have the store in the area -- we are 60 miles away and of course being closer would be nicer - but, I'm not complaining.

After purchasing a drill driver set for 225.00 and going to return they denied my return. They said since I used a store credit of 38.00 from a no receipt return. They denied it. They said I need to contact a company called “The Retail Equation” and submit a hand written letter explaining everything to them and then they will approve it “ supposedly”. I talked to the store manager and he has no power to do anything. Where does a company get off treating you like a criminal because of other people misdoings. I know that mike the store manager said that he could give me 38.00 my current purchase because I don’t know who long it would take. You should never blanket deny people I was a loyal Home Depot customer and after this get resolved I will never again until they change there policy.

EASILY FOUND WHAT I WANTED AND GREAT HELP

Had a issue with my debit card reading in the swiper deal. The college kid did all he could do but no luck, it was closing time so I guess I didn't blame him. Then Dean stepped up and told him to cancel the order and he moved us to the contractors desk and manually entered my card, scanned the stuff I was getting, and sent us on our way with a smile. If every employee put in half of the effort Dean did it would be amazing to shop at the Baxter Mn. Home Depot. Many thanks Dean you saved me a 50 mile trip home and another 50 miles back the next day, you sir are hands down the best employee that I have encountered in many trips into Home Depot in Baxter Mn. Thank you sir.
