brief visit, only interacted with the cashier this time but he was very helpful and cheery.

Jesse at customer service rocked the desk and Steve in appliances was so helpful. Jessica and john at checkout were delightful.

the store is always clean, people are personable, friendly, and over all i like the fact you employ actual electricians or retired ones in the electrical dept. I cant tell you how important it is when dealing with electricity that when in question these professionals not only talk you threw on what you need and how to do it.. they know the correct and right way and code abiding way to do it. That's huge! I mean its electricity we're talking about here . You dont find that at Lowes, or other stores. So I will continue to shop with you because of that. As for the electronic self cash out machines I feel like they are a complete waste of time and space. My time Im referring to, the time it takes your cashiers to ring me out is far faster and efficient . Thank you for all your products and helpful people,and late hours. Corey Baumbach

Of al the home depots in the Syracuse and Surrounding area that I have visited, the Camillus store is by far the most customer oriented. I prefer your store over Lowes and Value time for my needs. Great associates work there that are always friendly and helpful. I am usually in the store 2xs a week as I am redoing my house and occasionally do contracting work. Thank you Home depot in Camillus!

If you ever need help in the lumber department, ask for Bill. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional - an asset for Home Depot. If I owned my own business I would want employees like Bill.

Tiffany at the service desk was helpful and effective. She was empathetic and sincerely puts customers first. I had trouble dealing with the sub-par service on the Homedepot.com 800 number, but Tiffany made up for that with the great service and ability to solve my problem. Thank you Tiffany!

I really appreciate the overall attitudes of the associates at this Camillus Home Depot store. I could go to another Home Depot - in fact the other store is in the same mall as my favorite grocery store BUT I more often go to the Camillus store because their associates are friendlier and more helpful. Also, no pressure EVER from them to use the self-checkout (I have had this happen at the Clay store twice). I have NO interest in checking myself out - have a self checkout available for those who want to, but I want to shop and then check out with a PERSON.

Other than a few people on the prodesk - HomeDepot is becoming a walmart - Poor service and no interest in serving the customer

I needed to replace some rain gutter supports. I purchased the gutters and parts from HD about 18 years ago and they still had the replacement parts I needed.

This stores associates are very helpful. There was no wait time for a register.

I needed a sanding flap wheel which the store did not have. It was available online. This is the first time ever that HD did not have what I needed. Next time I'll call ahead and if it's not available I'll order it online

Just got a great deal on Phillips LED light bulbs. Less than half price of the usual for 2- 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs. I love to stock up on items when they offer these kind of sales.

Jay (garden store) is exceptionally knowledgable. He helped will all of the details related to hardscaping a large area of my backyard. He was very patient, explained the products in detail and arranged to have every item (large and small) bundled for delivery. I have had the same experience with him no matter the size of my project or order. I also love the product selection and the price point for these products from backyard umbrellas in beautiful colors with nice features such as the solar lights. The rope lights look beautiful as an accent to outline my gardens.

Good selection of mower products available covering a large number of makes and models.

4/12/2015. I would like to thank all of the associates that at the Camillus, NY store that loaded all of the MULCH for all of us crazy customers. I was there 4 times and each time i got 30 bags. This is a great deal and the employees handled the situation with smiles on their faces and a great sense of humour. They had to of loaded thousands of bags that weekend! I will be back for everything i need to improve my home. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Improvement needed regarding the pricing of merchandise such as flowers. During my last visit many flowers, shrubs etc. we're not clearly priced and I had to repeatedly find someone to check prices. I tried using the HD app to help myself price items but when I scanned the UPC's on the flowers/shrubs I would get results listing trailer hitches etc and not the items I had scanned. This was really frustrating and the store lost my $ during that visit. I have noticed pricing signage has improved since I complained to employees but the app could use improvement and better integration as well. Otherwise a good store.

I had a list of things I needed but didn't know where to look, two associates in two different departments were super helpful and eager to help me! I had a great experience at this store!

The Home Depot is great, just great! Literally anything I've taken back to return they accept it and give me no problems I love them. Unlike other home improvement shops that just have to give me a hard and enjoy doing it because their just "low"e like that. Thanks Home Depot!
