Cashier refused to honor price on sign despite the display being right in front of the cash register. Cashier also refused to give the military discount after I presented military ID.

All staff is very friendly and very helpful all the shelves are very organized.

In 2014, we completely remodeled our house and spent over $6000 at Home Depot for flooring, paint, outside door, inside doors, ceiling fans, recessed lights, baseboards, etc. etc. etc. This last visit was to buy two new ceiling lights for the kitchen and a new kitchen faucet. The only things left on my "WANT" list is granite counter tops, possibly a new fence and new patio door with built-in blinds. Home Depot has been a great place for things bought in the past and will definitely visit them with the remainder of my "WANTS".

I was very pleased with the associate who helped me purchase my dishwasher. He was more than willing to help, knowledgable, and patient with my questions. He made my shopping experience very easy.

The Store associates were very helpful. They showed me were the product i was looking for was and gave helpful suggestions on alternatives and installation guidance. They also informed me of class available to help with my current project and a few future ones

Having the sole responsibility of the selection and purchase of exterior doors the Home Depot Millworker Specialist Ron Schacherl helped me with the design, quality and decisions I had to make for the purchase of three doors. I am happy I chose to go to Home Depot rather than use the restoration company my insurance company recommended to replace doors due to an insurance claim. Looking forward to the installation.

I would because most things there are things people use all the time. One of the items I was looking for you did not have. It was for houseplants. A systemic to bring them back in doors from being outside during the Summer.

I needed help finding something and two employees knew what I was looking for and they both helped me and were exceptionally friendly. I wish everyone was as nice as these two employees.

Every staff member here is always readily available to assist when looking for items. They are very friendly about any and all questions and needs. The cashiers are quick and friendly as well.

This store is usually in good shape but not always have I received answers as I did today. The gentleman I spoke with, Donley Culbertson was so knowledgeable and helped me so much. I am a woman that has to do a lot of the jobs at home myself and to find someone who can actually tell you how to do something or put you in the right direction is a miracle. This man is so great that if you ever let him go I would have to quit shopping there and find another person that can answer my questions. I cannot say enough about my experience and I have been shopping there since I have lived in Carrollton.

Every time I go to the Carrollton store I find what i need and when looking for help i never have to loong long before i get an answer to my question or help about a product. Very knowledgeable associates always have an answer or assist me with my concerns.

I did the research on line and then came to the store to by the products. Everything was in stock.

I was assisted by Lonnie in the tool rental, center cashier ID# LDP924 customer agreement number 205347 I need to rent a vehicle to deliver a birthday present to my mother in-law. I had a small time frame to make the delivery to my mother in law. I called before arriving and Lonnie explained to me exactly what I needed to bring to rent the small truck. When I arrived Lonnie quickly took my information and had my rental vehicle ready. Lonnie got me out of the store quickly and answered all of my questions. I was able to deliver the present to my mother in-law with time to spare. Thank you to Lonnie for all of his assistance, he helped to make her birthday wish come true.

We really like this HD as we have turned in Penske/had keys made/bought washer/dryer.

I am happy with the service I receive in any dept. at the home depot. The store is always clean and the isles clear. The associates are always ready wiling and able to help. The cashiers are always friendly and have a smile, and ask if I found everything I need. I shop at the home depot as often as possible, I enjoy just walking around the store and looking at all of the different products. GREAT STORE!!!!

The store associate was very knowledgable and helpful upon my visit for new appliances. However, on your survey there should be a section for delivery. I ordered 4 appliances. On delivery day 3 of the 4 were damaged and had to be sent back. I had to wait another week for the items to be re-delivered. This I found to be very unsatisfactory. Delivery personnel were very careful and professional. I will continue to shop at Home Depot because I like the prices and the level of service and knowlege in-store is fantastic.

I was able to find the right products quickly and a knowledgeable store associate to help me with the details of my project! I appreciated the time the sales associates took with me to explain how to use some of the products I needed. Not once did I feel like they were trying to rush through their instructions. They were very patient with me and guided me to all the items I needed without any fuss.
