Poor customer aervice
Never once greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Only interaction I had was at the self checkout when employee thought I might be stealing when I brought stuff in to check fitments of plumbing parts.

Helpful people!
Gil and Chris at this Home Depot were so kind and helpful! I was struggling to get tile boxes loaded. They were way under the shelf at the back and I wasn’t strong enough to grab them and pull them toward the front. I needed 18 of them, and Gil jumped in and loaded all of what was on the floor, and Chris got a forklift and fulfilled the rest of the order from the stock above. I was so thankful!

Customer internet does not work in your stores
Unable to connect to the customer WiFi in the store, and no one seemed knowledgeable when I asked for assistance.
It's hard to get the attention of floor personnel, thus hard to find things, so I often give up and go elsewhere.

Great Service
I was in the store today and was able to buy most of the items I needed (I can appreciate the fact that what I'm looking for is used a lot by others). Another customer needed an employee and after I told him to wait a second I would get one for him, he waited for me and I brought one back over to him, which impressed me as I was doing this for someone else and not myself. This is the kind of thing that shows me a store cares about customer service and doesn't just say words.
