Rick in electrical helped me. I have to say he provided me with the best service I have ever had at any store no just Home Depot. He got me the parts for a switch box. I needed a strange plug and the store didn't have one but that didn't stop him. He came up with another idea and then fixed it for me. Just let me say Rick made my day and I will share this story with my friends. Your store is very lucky to have him working for you. THANKS RICK!!!!!!

The associate that helped was Brian and I think he works in shipping, was very helpful and did a great job showing me different thing that could work better. THE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF KEVIN IN DOORS/WINDOWS IS CLEARLY TOP NOTCH. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ASSISTED ME WITH GETTING THE ITEM THAT I NEEDED FOR A DOOR THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE 4 YRS AGO THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE COME WITH THE DOOR BUT DIDNT. YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM. HE TREATED ME LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED. KUDOS TO KEVIN....

I needed help with my chimney, and (Rick ) was there,he told me everything I needed to know to get the chimney fixed , and i did it..thanks a million (Rick )

During today's visit I discovered they have a small craft section....hope they enlarge it to include more products of various hobbies, ie: wood burning, wood carving, painting, etc.....

Great Store. First place I always go to for projects!

Needed a lot of electrical supplies that my electrician wrote down for me to pick up. 'Rick' was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me get all that I needed. He even took the time to explain things to me. Staff at the Claremont Home Depot are friendly, have a good sense of humor and most important, know their product!

Associate availability was non existent, when we found one she kept her back to us, never spoke to us just called someone on the radio. I would not recommend this store

Associate assistance was wonderful. Two areas that I would like to point out are the paint department. They explained the different types of paints, ones with primer in it, which one covers best, what type of finish for the type of job I was doing. Overall, great and my son says thank you again for the lolloipops. Also, the cashier Ashleigh. Again, very friendly and courteous. Again, overall experience was outstanding!! Thank you to all.

This is a nice store. I love to look at all of the plants and it is always easy to find what I came for. I usually buy more stuff than intended but the sales can be pretty good , it is always worth taking a quick peek around the gardening area.

had to wait twenty day for a refund on tracfone cards that were never activated not to mention standing at the customer service desk for two hours waiting for them to figure out what to do.

Don't know who made the decision that cashiers now have to ring every single item of the same type of item separately and also no longer allow the cashiers to look up prices on their register. Was asked by a cashier to go back to lumbar to find a sku for her so she could cash me out. Decided I didn't need the lumbar if apparently Home Depot is losing so much product because their cashiers can't count or identify the products they are selling. Good job Home Depot you just solidified the fact of I will no longer shop or purchase anything from you ever again. I would rather wait till my local home building supply company is open during the weekday to make my purchases, then to give you my business. Even if it costs me more money cause apparently you have forgotten what customer service is about.
