First of all, know what you're getting into. This location is sort of a mini HD. It has much less inventory than larger home depots (such as the one on 8th street) - fewer building material options, significantly less lumber, and almost no lawn & garden to speak of. That said, the inventory is almost up to par in comparison to the larger stores. The location is fantastic, though. Easy in/out. Great store for picking up the odds and ends you need for smaller projects. Clean, well-organized aisles, helpful associates.

I was there with my 2 yr old and he made my visit so easy! Helped with paint even though it wasn't his department! And everything else. Always keep in mind... If you might not be getting good customer service.. You're probably not a good customer... Have a good day and thanks Edgard

the associate helped as soon as I stepped in door and asked a question she walked me to correct aisle and selected the most appropriate part for what I brought in (wheelchair piece) and worked thru the selections and walked me back to check out I was in coconut grove florida store for the first time while visiting there

I always go to this Home Depot because of the associates availability as well as I always find everything I am looking for.

The selection and prices in the gardening department are excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely knowledgable and highly professional gentleman that assisted me. He patiently answered all of my questions, wrapped the large plant that I had purchased, in plastic and carefully placed it in my car.

This Home Depot had everything I was looking for, items were easy to find and ALL the associates were helpful, courteous and easy to find.

I purchased an air pump and received an excellent price by opening up a Home Depot credit line.

This store serves as a great asset. It is in the mids tof a neighborhood of private homes and new apartments, Its terrific to have the store so close at hand

Loved the store and the staff was very helpful. The only downside is there is no outside garden area and that really would be an added plus if there were.

the store was can and the service was fast. i was greeted when i came in and directed where i needed to go. everyone was friendly and fast.

I went to Home Depot to return a couple of items and met Ken who is the most friendly and helpful store associate. He helped me exchange my items and also escorted me to other areas to pick up other items. He was knowledgable about which different batteries i needed for my fire alarm vs. patio fixture lights and then even helped carry out my heavy gas tank to the car. What a pleasure he made going to this store. I have never had such a good experience as this before. Ask for Ken the next time you go to Home Depot. He is the best!!

The store was clean and products were easy to find, the associate was very helpful although it took a while to find one. The garden department could be larger, but overall the store is one of the nicest ones to shop in.

I went to buy a replacement packing for a garden faucet that was leaking. They had to page "Danny" at Aisle 18, 7 or 8 times. He never showed up. They paged the manager 2 or 3 times, he never showed up. I had to get the manager in person. Initially, he was absolutely hostile until I explained what I needed 10 times, then he finally got it. Finally, Danny, sashayed over. His initial reaction: we don't have anything, go to a plumbing supply store. After putting all sorts of obstacles and objections, the manager shooed him away. I finally did NOT find what I was looking for. And left.

We bought a christmas tree two days ago. The manger (Carlos) gave us such a good deal that we all didn't believe at the first sight! Ced, Ed from garden also helped us a lot. Thanks guys all, and Merry Christmas!

I came in looking for a very small product and Andres took extra care to ensure that I found just what i needed. He is very friendly and knowledgable. The rest of the staff was equally helpful and friendly. This was a busy day in the store but i was not made to seem rushed or unimportant even though I was only looking for a small item. This is how a store should run.

This home depot is very convenient, the parking is easy and the customer service is excellent!

Everyone is helpful, the store is always neat and clean. I can find everything I need most of the time, if not they will locate it at another store for me. If I can't find a product that is in the store, employees will go and get it for me. Always offer to load my purchases in the care. Kind, caring and courteous.
