Abysmal, poor customer service
Employees don’t care about customers. I know it’s Miami and I lower my standards when it comes back to customer service but waiting an hour at check out to figure out 2 pieces of wood is by far ridiculous.

Impressive items
This particular home Depot is rather hidden, but that's neither here or there. It is typically in line with all the other home depots, as it has it's protocols to make all home depots alike. Having said that, it is all the one expects at a home Depot and for this I have no complaints. Keep up the good work, but try to lower those prices if you can.

Tatiana and entire customer service workers are the worse.
Home Depot should focus on customer service. I am a Pro customer JOELT Services Llc and this is the worse store. Very busy so sales are high but everything else is lacking.

A GREAT HOME DEPOT WIRTH THE DRIVE
Going to Home Depot most of the time feels like a Giant empty Warehouse with lots of house goodies and roaming Zombie employees (with exceptions always)..
Home Depot Ok. Rd Hialeah feels like home though... Can't find any zombies..
Just helpful people That are accessible on the phone and available in the store like Maria and Q today
