Bad Costumer Service
Today I went to make a return and the cashier once again counted wrong and did not give me the full return, after reviewing the receipt and realizing the mistake I went back to ask for the missing money, first the cashier did not accept her mistake, I insisted her to count the items returned again and get my full money back, I also mentioned that this had happened to me before, then another associate named Naomi told me that if it has happened to me before then I should go to another store and not come back to This particular store, which is total disrespect towards a customer, HOME DEPOT…since when are associates allowed to tell customers whether or not they can shop at a certain store? In the end, the cashier after counting again found out she miscounted and had to return the remaining money. No apologies and on top of that they felt offended for me having recovered my money and proving that they are wrong. Costumers shouldn’t be treated with this disrespect.

Great customer service
Got personal service when shopping for refrigerator filters. I asked at a desk in the appliance section and she had me sit down and went to get the filters herself; when one was out of stock, she filled out an online order and had it shipped to me. I paid for everything right there at the desk. Didn't realize they had that kind of service model.

Very well organized and clean store one of the best one so far!!
I highly recommend this store because is always stocked of merchandise and their management is a great team so far all of the managers in charge are always striving for the best customer service .

Terrible
If I could give this place zero stars I would There’s never anybody to help not an employee and not management they have terrible customer service skills and you can never find what you need because the store is always messy if you need help from a manager make sure you’re ready to wait from 30 minutes to an hour and if you’re looking for employee you won’t find one this Aro years of my life at this point just go to any other hardware store that’s around avoid this store at any cost

Employees need retraining
I went to the Calle Ocho Home Depot to get moving boxes. Walking in there were already carts blocking the door. I went to the moving boxes aisle and there were boxes in the middle of the aisle. A couple of employees just dodge the boxes and walked on. I got my boxes went to the self check out line because that’s where open registers were. I asked the cashier, if that’s their title, how to do a Veterans discount. He told me to put my number. I told him, I’m not registered in their system, what do I do? He rolled his eyes and told me to do it online. I asked where online. He called the person he was talking to earlier and asked her how to register for the Veteran discount. She answered with an attitude to do it on the app. I asked do you still have the bar code to scan for military discount, while showing my military ID. She said no and walked away.
